Five Simple Ways To Help You Achieve Your Client Relationship Management Goals!

So “what” are you going to do or have you done recently, that will help you achieve your client relationship management goals? Gotta  (to do list?) “What’s” on it? hopefully, the following five (incredibly) basic  tips, will help you achieve your long range goals, as it it relates to client relationship management.

Because you work so hard, invest so much time and money and yet, by overlooking these five simple tips, you’re about to be exposed to in this post. It could whined up being a huge waste of time! Because you don’t maximize your client relationship currency!

Five Simple Tips To Help You Achieve Your Client Relationship Management Goals!

1.) Client relationship management tip # one: Entrepreneur, the first time anyone ( but, especially a potential first time client)  enters your front office/reception area, make sure it’s clutter free & neat!

If you have any type of magazines. Make sure there not two or three years out of date! And make sure your seating area/waiting room is dust free and freshly painted etc!

2.) Client relationship management tip # two: Please do your best to make sure your waiting room temperature is tolerable! That is, not too cold in the winter and not too hot in the summer! There’s nothing worse than a cold reception area!

And this same (brain dead simple logic) applies to your valued employees/associates work areas as well! You can’t realistically expect them to work at peak efficiency, if their work areas are uncomfortable! Can you?

3.) Client relationship management tip # three: Entrepreneur, make sure the seats in (both) your receptionist/waiting room area and or your conference rooms etc. Please make sure they’re comfortable!

If you’re a public speaker make sure you have an idea of what type of seats the facility your scheduled to speak at has! And personally seat in them before hand!

My friend, if you can’t sit in them comfortably for more than fifteen minutes (give or take!) Guess what? Your audience won’t be able to either!

And by the same token, if your valued employees and or associates aren’t comfortable, your business will ultimately suffer!

4.) Client relationship management tip # four: If you need to negotiate and or enroll new clients (or sell) to the public in general, then make sure you bring your prospective clients to a separate conference and or quiet place/room away from your (all too) typical office noise!

They don’t need to hear ringing phones, employees talking and general office activities! They need to be focusing on your totally excellent presentation!

5.)  Client relationship management tip # five:Entrepreneur, take advantage of your (hopefully) not empty walls! Get your relevant certificates, plaques and awards all over your walls!

And not just with pictures of local or national celebrities! Instead, use any recognizable experts within your niche! Take full advantage of every positive marketing tool you have! Or will have very shortly.

Remember Some Of Your Most Effective Marketing Or Promotional Strategies Have Absolutely Nothing To Do With Conventional Strategies!
