Because of such fierce competition from other major competitors. Some of whom. Are the big box franchised outlets.

The independently owned hardware store owner. Can’t try and raise their prices. Instead because the vast majority of them. Have not fully invested in developing a reliable back end to their sales process. They have to steadily lower their front end margins to razor thin levels.

Which explains why they or you are constantly struggling to keep your business or service a float.

This Is Why Your Major Competitors Are Barely Moving The Needle! (With Their Massively Expensive Ad Campaigns!)

Picture the following. Extremely low cost. Potentially profitable marketing strategy. Being utilized by forming a strategic Joint Venture/JV partnerships.

Let’s say a local, independently owned bakery JV’s with a local, non franchised hardware store. Here’s one of the simplest ways. The bakery could inexpensively leverage the hardware stores customer base. And by the same token.

The hardware store owner(s) could leverage and further monetize. The extreme goodwill of the bakery owner(s.) Here’s how.

In order to get constant, low cost massive exposure. For some of their best tasting, gourmet coffees, cocoas, ice teas and lemonades etc.

The bakery shop owner(s) will gladly provide the hardware store owner(s) a free 20 pound bag of gourmet coffee. And the hardware store owner(s.)

Will offer a small cup of great tasting gourmet coffee to their customers. However, every customer who spends at X. They will automatically be given. An Xtra Large, plastic “Big Gulp” plastic cup.

So they get maximum exposure to the bakeries great tasting gourmet coffee. And going forward. Each time they bring the “Big Gulp” back to the bakery. Instead of paying the usual retail price of $9.99 per cup or X.

Now they only pay $3.99 or X per cup. So these gourmet coffee lovers. They return more often, correct? And purchase other bakery goods. At the bakeries current retail prices, right?

My friend, this is how you and or your major competitors. Systematically turn a time one cup of coffee. In to a long term, repeat customer goldmine. Don’t you agree?
