Alerting the current and new tenants alike. For an extremely limited amount of time. They can purchase an extremely great tasting 5 pound bag of gourmet coffee. And save 15 or X% off.

However, simply for dragging a friend with them to the bakers store. Who’s at least 18, They can buy one ten pound bag. At the bakers actual hard cost.

How’s that for inexpensively, generating some positive word of mouth and mouse buzz? For literally pennies on the dollar.

You Don’t Need To Be Super Creative! (But You Need To Be Proactive!)

Here’s the next leg of the leasing companies, long term marketing strategy. Every local vendor the leasing company currently has. As long as they join the bakers opt in email list. They will be able to buy two, 10 pound bags of great tasting gourmet coffee.

At the bakers actual hard cost. Provided they drag a friend with to the bakers shop. Who’s at least 18. Otherwise. They can only buy one 5 pound bag. And only save 10 or X% off.
