Entrepreneur, for just a moment. Think about the 1st 5 or X amount customers. Who purchase pizza. From the moment the shop opens up each day. As well the 1st 5 or X amount of customers. The last two hours of each shift. Ethically bribe those customers.
By allowing them to save on a product. Which has extremely high markup margins. Like soda. Maybe sell them an Xtra Large soda. (by cups.) And let them pay what a medium soda would normally cost.
And in the morning. When the shop 1st opens. Say at 11 am. The 1st five walk-in and call ins. As long they buy at least two Large or Xtra Large slices.
They get their 2nd slice at your actual cost. (And of course you have your regular Lunch time specials!
Don’t Keep Spending More Money! (Get More Creative With Your Marketing!)
And each day! (No matter what!) The 1st customer who spends over $50 dollars or X. Let them get their side dishes at your actual hard cost!
This helps build customer loyalty! They’ll help spread the word! And they’ll definitely be back. Don’t you agree? And whenever local businesses place an order.
