(One Which Provides More Than One Potentially Lucrative Profit Center!)

We’ve all heard the term longshot, correct? This means for all intense and purposes. Your/our odds of succeeding! Are extremely low, correct?

Even so ladies & gentlemen. Since we’re in the digital age. What if you had! Or at some point yo created! A potentially lucrative side hustle. Which you could leverage digital technology. Would that not be interesting?

Entrepreneur Hopefully You Can See Beyond The Initial Front End Gross Profits!

You see the screenshot image below? Of my self published. (One hundred sixty page workbook. Even as a physical workbook. Maybe some real estate clubs.

Might be interested in carrying it! As a digital product. And either as a free bonus worth X. For new or returning members. Either paying their annual dues. Or for paying for a quarter page ad or up! In their monthly newsletter.

And pre paying whichever size ad they purchase. For at least 3 or X number of months in advance. (There’s a specific reason “why” I’m suggesting the Real Estate Investment Clubs.

Utilize a digital version of my workbook. (For one thing a digital workbook. Would cost them the clubs a whole lot less upfront. In terms of their costs. To have my physical book converted into a PDF or ebook etc.

Keep Your Eyes Open For Some Potentially Lucrative Joint Venture Possibilities!

Here’s part of my motivation. Of wanting to sell my workbook as a digital workbook.

First.) What “if” and this is an extremely big if ladies & gentlemen. A major online retailer. Decided to carry the digital version book. I can earn a 50% referral fee. Any time someone gets a discounted note purchased through my institutional investors.

So with enough of my digital books circulated. (In America only!) I can definitely make money! Which is why I would gladly allow these major retailers. To sell and keep 90-95% of the initial front end gross profits.

On the sale of my book. Directly from their website, blog and or ecommerce site. (And or one of their many affiliate partners sites! (I’d gladly pocket 100% on the long term back end of the sales cycle.

Second.) Since I could add some of my affiliate links on the resource page of my digital book. That’s my cue! To add my “Alternative Lending” services website address.

And include it in the PDF. (On the resource page.) Makes sense, right? www.reallyquickloans.com.

There’s good chance. Only 1-2% of the eyeballs that would come across my web address. (Would ever need or qualify for the service! But the odds are extremely good!) They or you! Might know someone who is, right?
