This Is How To Make Sure Your Business Growth Strategies Are Far More Likely To Succeed!Part Two

Right now, (and please!) be brutally honest here. When it comes to utilizing some market tested business growth strategies or tactics.Does your long term or immediate short term plan, include any type of, outrageously expensive, traditional advertising or promotions?

Let’s hope not. Because typically, most, certainly not all. The average profit seeking entrepreneur, on or offline.Especially early in the beginning of their advertising/promotional efforts.

They really don’t have a good grasp, of the proven fundamentals of writing,  potentially profitable ad. Nor do they grasp, the fundamentals, of effective promotions.

And sadly the vast majority of them, have no in house list, (subscriber base of any kind) of their own. So they can’t periodically mail, snail mail post cards to their customers. Nor do they have their own opt in email/mobile marketing list.

Which, (provided) they’re using a reputable, paid email provider service.They can not only send their pre written, (drip) automated, follow up email messages.

But they can also send unscheduled, ‘broadcast’ email messages as well.And contact both their subscribers and segmented customers/clients. Provided of course, they segment their lists. But more on that proven strategy later,okay?

Systematically Building A Powerful Word Of Mouth And Mouse Buzz Definitely Has It’s Advantages!

Case in point. As you vividly recall in part one of proven business growth strategies. You have this incredibly popular, local independently owned, Mom & pop family orientated Mexican themed restaurant.

And one of the extremely low hanging fruit, marketing strategies, they’re at least willing to inexpensively test is. Every customer, who (either) spends X amount, or drags a friend/potential first time customer with them, whose at least 18. And hopefully has a job,or some form of steady income so they can start patronizing the business as well.

The extremely loyal customer, who drags the friend with them to the Mexican or whatever, family orientated restaurant. They automatically receive, a two sided, laminated, annually renewable card.

Which allows them to purchase, both tacos and quesadillas, anytime, no matter ‘what time of day it is.As opposed to all of the non VIP discount card customers.

They can only get the special pricing, during limited hours, M-Sat. Whereas all VIP laminated card holding customers, basically are allowed, to purchase tacos or quesadillas, any time they have a taste for them.

Which should definitely help raise the businesses overall profile. Both on and off of social media.Don’t you agree? Absolutely.

Who Says Building An Army Of Positive Word Of Mouth And Mouse Ambassadors Can’t Be Both Fun And Extremely Profitable!

Just as a quick, (but most definitely!) an interesting aside. Before diving head long, into the meat and potatoes of this particular post. Imagine what will happen, at least some of the time. When non VIP customers, are sitting in the restaurant. And they notice the customers at the next table directly over from.

Are receiving their tacos & quesadilla combo. Even though, it’s not during the extremely limited hours.Huh? So they wave over the nearest waitress or waiter.

Who enthusiastically informs them. They too can receive the exact same perk. All they have to is either:

 A.) Spend at least X amount on their current order. And if that isn’t possible.

B.) Simply drag a friend back with them whose at least 18, before the date on the extremely time sensitive,’bounce back’ certificate, they just received. Clearly, a certain percentage of them, will upgrade their current order amount, correct? Absolutely.

Which means even more long term repeat customers, right? Absolutely. There you go. But now let’s laser focus here, shall we?

Let Your Major Competitors Keep Trying To Do Everything Using Outrageously Expensive Methods Or Tactics!

With that particular train of thought out of the way. Let’s focus on this.In part one.You saw the Mexican restaurant owner(s), be pro-active.

And approach a local, non directly competing, non franchised, retail appliance center owner. And basically offer to lead generate for the retail appliance center.

And the appliance center could either:

 1.) Inexpensively A/B split test. In order to discover, if it makes more sense for them to.Let the appliance center, pay a monthly fee of X.And keep 100% of the front and long term back end profits, from their JV (Joint Venture) partnership arrangement.

 2.) Or, should they pay X amount per lead generated  from the Mexican restaurant.Now let’s completely flip things around for just a moment. And have a look at things, from the extremely marketing savvy retail appliance center owner(s), point of view.Say what?

Being In A Profit Seeking Business Means Focusing On Earning A Profit! (Not Just Focusing On The Outward Labels Of Your Business Or Service!)

Say for example. After the appliance dealer runs their ideal customers, total lifetime customer value metrics. And they accurately conclude, their ideal customer is easily worth to them. Somewhere between $3,500- $11,000 dollars. Give or take over the next 5-7 year period. Or X amount of time.

What if’ they simply approach the owner(s), with the following proposal. They will gladly pay a flat monthly fee of X per month. In order to access the restaurants steadily growing, local customer base.

Say for example. They offer to pay them a $1,500 dollar a month, marketing access fee.Huh? But in the following manner. One thousand per month to help cover all, if not most of the restaurants monthly commercial lease.

And the remaining $500 or X dollars per month. You’ll use in the form of extremely time sensitive marketing/promotional credits. More on this coming up shortly in three, okay?

In the meantime. Are you finally starting to better appreciate, how and why, the right type of customized business growth strategies. Are simply a must. Good answer.
