Really good customer service, causes some of your very best customers and or clients, to tell other people, about your products and or services,right?

But really bad customer service, causes a long term avalanche, of negative word of mouth and mouse publicity, right?  😀

Nod your head cadets, because it’s definitely true.

This being the case, extremely savvy entrepreneurs, virtually have little or no choice, but to make the service based business model their top priority. Don’t you agree?

And since there are at least a gazillion and one practical ways of doing so, let’s have a much closer look, at a proven strategy or two. Just to jump start your creative marketing juices.

So as you recall from a previous blog post, my buddy Allan J. Arellano of tenfold.com fame, our two firms, recently formed a strategic cross promotional alliance.

Of course, I provided the following response, sort of short check list, of future potential subjects, (both his firm), and or yours, could provide to my audience, in order to help them/me, move further along, faster.

Basically I pointed out, he (and or you!), definitely should provide, any type of extremely valuable content, which you honestly feel, will help (both) me and my audience move ahead faster.

And I also pointed out, your content, can (and sometimes), definitely should be multi parts. Meaning, you could write in depth, about any subject, like S.E.O. (Search Engine Optimization), both on and off page.

And or strategic email marketing, or the various aspects of effective social media marketing etc.

And do so, in a multi part series.I also shared, how some of my multi part series has gone as high as seven, on several occasions.  😀

You Definitely Need To Make Customer Service A Major Part Of Your Long Term Lead Generation Strategies And Or Tactics!

If you notice, this extremely short list, didn’t even mention email marketing. And since tenfold has a ton of extremely valuable, market tested content, based on proven email marketing strategies.

I suggested, here is a subject, they could definitely submit, a ton of multi part content on.

The main point being entrepreneur, did you notice how Allan reached out, and asked, “what” type of content, would best serve you?
