First of all ladies & gentlemen. There’s a reason why I’m using the same feature image. (As I used in the previous post!) It’s because this particular subject. That being simple bonuses.

Is a market tested marketing strategy and concept. Don’t you agree?

Who doesn’t like bonuses of some kind! Very few of us, right? So imagine you’re either commercial or residential real estate agent. And you specialize in selling properties.

Which start in the $500K range and up! So your 6% commissions. Minus you’re on and offline marketing, promotional and paid costs.

 Means each time you sell a property. You’re doing okay, agreed? All the more reason why. You and or your major competitors. Form some type of strategic Joint Venture/JV arrangement.

With a popular, women’s fragrance distributor. And purchase one of their more popular, high end! 64 oz fragrances. At their actual hard cost.

So that each time they or you! Sell a property, In the case of a high end residential property. The realtor simply drops off the popular, 64 oz fragrance in person! (With a nice personal note!)

That small gesture! Should definitely get the local ladies talking, right?)  Both on and offline!

These Types Of Proven Marketing Strategies! (Makes Your Concepts Go Viral!)

Piggybacking off that last proven marketing strategy! Suppose you sell luxury cars in your local area. And 40 or X% of your local client base. Are local women. Who are very good incomes!

So this means. For every 10 or 100 luxury cars you lease. Four or forty of them are to local women. (Who either have very good paying jobs! Or they work for themselves!)

So all of your female customers. Receive a market tested. Extremely time sensitive, discount coupon. To drag a friend with them to the women’s fragrance distributors store. (Who’s at least 18.)

And for doing so. They get a 64 oz bottle of fragrance of their choice! At the distributors actual hard cost! If they come alone. And don’t join the distributors VIP opt in email list!

They can purchase the same bottle at 10 or X% above it’s actual hard cost! That’s still a pretty good deal, is it not? My friend. This is just an incredibly small sample! Of the power of long term profit generating potential. Of strategically using simple bonuses! Any questions?
