And one of the bridal show’s top Joint Venture/JV partners. Is an independently owned retail, women’s fragrance distributors. So they invest X amount of dollars. In a market tested! Half a page ad. Inviting local women to the bridal show. Wanna know what comes next?
Help Your Non Directly Competing Vendors Become More Profitable!
In their market tested ads. They invite the local women to enter their free drawing! In order to win a Wedding Gown package. Which includes a dress valued at $3,000 dollars or X!
Plus a pair of Power Pumps! From a local, popular women’s shore store. Valued at a bare bones minimum of $750 dollars or X! And one 64 oz bottle of the fragrance distributors. Best selling mid level fragrances. Which is a $450 or X dollar value!
They just go to the web address provided in the ad. So they can join the bridal shops opt in email address. (Just in case it’s not crystal clear here ladies & gentlemen!)
This type of proactive JV example. Is literally loaded with previously untapped marketing/promotional possibilities! For one thing. Just depending on what the fragrance distributors.
Ideal customers, total lifetime customer value metrics are! If their ideal customers TLTV/Total Lifetime Customer Value metrics is large enough. They may invest to provide the bridal company with all of the previously mentioned goodies all by themselves!
Or if they or you feel! It’s too large of an initial front end investment. They just pay for the half page ad in a popular, local newspaper. And also provide the 64 oz bottle of mid level perfume. (Or any combination thereof.)
Let Your Major Competitors Constantly Ignore This Overlooked Profit Center!
The bridal company or you! Could reach out. To some local, non directly competing vendors. And offer to allow them.
To put some of their best market tested offers. In front of the bridal shops opt in email subscribers.
And either charge them a flat, one time fee of X. And the non directly competing vendors keep 100% of their long term gross profits.
Or charge them nothing or very little on the initial front end. And profit share anywhere from 25 -50 or X%. Of the gross profits earned from the front end.
Because these non directly competing. More than likely! Are saving a fortune, in up front. Traditional ad cost, correct? That’s why you definitely need to take a look at the long term math!
