Customer retention   (So You Can Save Money And Build Long Term Customer Loyalty Too!)

It’s definitely time to face it! As independently owned small business owners, service providers and or entrepreneurs etc. Regardless of whether you primarily market on or offline.

You and I are far better off. Marketing or promoting to your/our current existing customers. It’s a given. You and I need to invest on average. 500% more in front end costs.

Just to generate your 1st time customers. Strategic customer retention is the springboard to both long term stability and or profitability. Don’t you agree?

Chasing First Time Customers Is Outrageously Expensive!

It’s no secret! It’s outrageously expensive. To only rely on attracting or generating brand new 1st time customers. It’s a luxury non of us can no longer afford.

Nurturing is the gateway to long term profitability. Sending a series of email messages. To your/our opt in email subscribers. After you and I have established long term relationships with your/our subscribers.

The more you and I can  initially invest on the front end. Of our customer  acquisition funnel. The less will be needed over time. To try and find them.

The better your overall customer experience is! The more they will both refer. As well as return to purchase more over time.

Working Your Back End Is Being Strategic!

The more relevant data you and I. And or your/our major competitors know about your/our ideal prospect. The more tailored each message/promotion can and definitely should be. Email messages can and definitely should be segmented. In order to consistently achieve maximum profitable, agreed?

Customizing and tailoring your/our solutions to our/your customers need!

Automatically elevates us to the very next level in their minds. Which means less outrageously expensive advertising. Targeting ice cold prospects, right?

This is where automation and technology come into play. When you/our best customers and or clients are extremely happy! They not only stick around longer! They buy more often. They refer more often too, agreed?

They help spread your/our brands X% more organically, right?

No matter how you slice it entrepreneur! Laser focusing on customer retention. Definitely deserves our attention. Don’t you agree?
