Why Sometimes The Absolute Best Sales Reps Are Literally Right Under Your Nose!

Have you ever run an ad looking really good sales reps? And “how” many semi time consuming interviews did you ultimately conduct before you found at least one or two who were pretty good?

Because the top sales reps often have some pretty steep demand. Do they not? like maybe they expect or demand X amount of vacation or sick time per year. Or other perks like annual paid gym memberships. Or so much paid access to extremely high end personal trainers.

Or use of any and all corporate airfare travel vouches. Or credit toward high end condos or townhouses or access to any and all company vehicles etc.

But entrepreneur “what” if you or your major competitors could avoid 60- 75% of these typical upfront expenses. And still uncover some incredibly effective, (albeit!) non traditional sales reps.

Who were not only willing to work off of some really cool incentives. As opposed to being paid a straight, and possibly ever increasing salary or extremely high commissions. And they were not only literally under your nose.

But they’re also willing to actively recruit other potential local sales reps for you. For literally pennies on the dollar. Is this the type of previously untapped goldmine you’d definitely like to know more about?

Seriously consider the following all too common situation. Let’s say you own or co-own an incredibly successful, retail women’s cosmetic distribution business.

And you basically have three main tiers of extremely great smelling fragrances. You 32 & 64 oz. bottles under $389 dollars each. And your mid level 32 & 64 oz. bottles range from $425- $950 dollars each.

And you higher end level 32- 64 oz. fragrances currently start @ $1,000 -$1,700 dollars a bottle. And one day as your standing inline at your favorite local gourmet coffee shop. Waiting to purchase a Xtra Large “Big Gulp” cup of great tasting gourmet coffee. Which typically retails for $5.79 per cup. (And well worth it.)

You can’t help notice ‘how” nurses in uniform are also waiting to be serviced as well. You later find out from the owner(s), typically anywhere from 3-10per day stop in and purchase something. Including more than their fair share of “Big Gulp” beverages.

and you have a marketing light bulb moment. You basically propose to the owner(s) the following. In exchange for inexpensively helping them build their business. Your proven marketing/promotional strategies will also, not only help you systematically build your business too.

But it will allow you to do so for literally pennies on the dollar. And you’ll both strategically generate a ton of positive word of mouth and mouse buzz too.

 So What Or How Can Your Local Gourmet Coffee Shop Possibly Help You Both Inexpensively Grow Like A Rabbit Farm On a Hormone Diet?

While it may not initially seem obvious ladies & gentlemen. But put yourself in the shoes of these local nurses for just a moment. They walk into these local gourmet coffee shop. Which they do on average at least twice  a week. (Over the course of 52 weeks a year. And they spend X.)

Only this time when they order an Xtra Large “Big Gulp” beverage of their choice. Instead of paying the usual retail rate of $5.79 per cup or X. They will not only be given the Xtra Large “Big Gulp” plastic mug. But they will be told going forward.

Every time they bring the cup back. They only pay $1.99 (or some ridiculously low price!) from now on. Say what? Imagine their complete shock and delight.

Plus the trained cashiers will ask “if’ they know of at least three other nurses or hospital staff in general. Who also love the shops gourmet beverages. The ones who answer yes. They will be given a maximum of three Xtra Large “Big Gulp” cups to pass out to whomever they wish. And the exact same- positive word of mouth and mouse- offer is automatically extended to them.

So you know there’s definitely gonna be some positive word of mouth and mouse buzz taking place, correct? But here’s the really juicy part. (So please pay close attention cadets.)

As “if” that wasn’t enough marketing generosity. The first 500 or X number o nurses who respond to this offer. (Or female workers. Truth told no matter where they work.) They will also be given a sealed envelop with words written on the outside. In big, red, bold letters music legend Stevie Wonder couldn’t miss.

“You definitely Deserve This!” Entrepreneur ‘how” many nano seconds do you think it will take these 500 or X number of ladies to rip these sealed envelopes open? You so got that right.
