Joint Venture with a local, independently owned landscaper business. Let them pass out/distribute your extremely time sensitive. Discount coupons. Every time they sign up a new customer. Plus distribute them among their current customer base too!

Think about the local. Independently owned auto mechanic shops. Guaranteed, some of their current and future customer base. Enjoys eating some great tasting pizza and now and again.

You or your major competitors. Should reach out to wherever, you or your employees get your vehicles serviced. By an independently owned auto mechanic shop.

(BTW, those of you who own a non franchised bakery. Hopefully you see the potentially lucrative JV possibilities too! In terms of partnering a local, non franchised auto body shop owner, right?
