And seen a line of local consumers. Waiting to either exchange or get their refund. (Now here’s a thought. Which should definitely your creative marketing juices flowing!)
Who says your exchanges can’t be converted into a cash cow? And long term profit center! Sounds a bit odd, doesn’t it?
Ethically Reward Your Loyal Customers! (And Watch Your Long Term Gross Profits Soar!)
Picture this. Some local customers. Step into one of your major local competitors store. And they either exchange a product. Or they request and recieve their refund.
Maybe a small percentage of them. Offer their customer. An extremely time sensitive “bounce back” offer. Discount savings coupon of some kind. Sadly, most don’t! Not only do you offer your customers their choice. Of either.
An extremely time sensitive “bounce back” discount coupon. But if they’re not already one of your opt in email subscribers.
If they join at least one of your main opt in email list right then and there. They will automatically receive. Another extremely time sensitive “bounce back” discount savings coupons. Via their email.
Which they can use before they actually leave the store. (BTW fellow profit seeking entrepreneur. ) Based on that last strategy alone. Do you an inexpensive, potentially profitable strategy or two! Just waiting to at least be inexpensively A/B split tested!)
