This Is How You Maximize Your Partnerships!

(For Literally Pennies On The Dollar!)

Wanna know you maximize your partnerships? Especially if you don’t automatically profit on the initial front. Case in point. (And as always. The following marketing examples. Are strictly for marketing illustration purposes only.)

Let’s say you own a local. Independently owned auto mechanic garage. And you partner with two relatively younger guys. (Or gals for that matter!) Who are really good at detailing cars.

But like most up and coming young, would be entrepreneurs. They don’t currently have enough capital or access to business or personal credit. To open their own shop. This is a pretty common situation, right?

Is There A Potentially Profitable Partnership Waiting To Be Implemented?

So rather than put their dreams of opening their own shop on hold! You offer to Joint Venture/JV partner with them. By allowing them to utilize part of the space in your shop.

So they can detail cars for the locals. And for the time being. You either charge them no rent! Say what? Or you offer them an incredible deal. Where they only pay $200 dollars a month.

Or some ridiculously low amount. In exchange for them agreeing help you earn some passive income.

Here’s an incredibly simple, low cost marketing strategy. You propose to them. Let’s say two of your local, non directly competing vendors. One is an independently owned appliance center.

And the other is an independently owned furniture store owner. (Ladies & gentlemen before going any further. Please tell me in the comments. Without reading any further. You already see tons of creative marketing possibilities!
