How could yo/we not help but notice. During the initial beginning. As well as during the height of the pandemic. Businesses like local gyms.

But especially the smaller. Independently owned ones. They like millions of other service providers. Were literally forced to pivot and adapt asap! Or risk going out of business altogether, right?

And for those who were already technophobic! The future of business and commerce. Was basically shoved down their throats, agreed? They sort of had to learn and adjust as they went along.

And the ones who did adjust. Made their number priority as well as their mission. To look inward. And not outward. And it applies equally as well for you and I. Entrepreneur, going forward.

Make it your business to start monetizing what you already have! Both direct and indirect access to! Makes sense, does it not?

Your Ability To Scale Exponentially! (Is Not Solely Determined How Much Corporate Backing You May Or May Not Currently Have!)

Did you also happen to notice? When the pandemic initially hit. And started to have it’s negative impact. The proactive gym owners who were determined to find ways to survive.

They like millions of other independently owned service providers. Were officially in survivor mode.

Which meant, potentially profitable marketing or promotional ideas. That were previously considered a bit too creative. And out of the mainstream of possibilities. Were now not only being openly discussed!

But were at least being inexpensively tested too! Owners who had previously rolled their eyes incessantly! Whenever the word app was mentioned. Now found themselves literally scrambling.

Trying to become more tech savvy! In as short a time as possible. And as their front end cashflow rapidly dried up. They began to embrace. Some proven, common sense marketing/promotional fundamentals. Like never before!

Step Into Your Forward Marketing Momentum! (Not Away From It!)

Case in point. The ones who ultimately survived. Made the incredibly wise decision. To instead of continuing to waste a fortune on ads. Trying to target and entice new first time members.

Instead, they made the strategic pivot. And started turning their current loyal members. Into the ultimate sales team!
