  Strategic alliances (Because Nothing Could Be Further From The Truth!)

By now unfortunately! You may have heard the rumors too. But whether you have or haven’t. Let’s put this potential profit killing rumor to rest.

Strategic alliances are many positive things! But one thing they are not .There are definitely not dead! In fact far from it. And if you’re serious about experiencing some exponential growth. For literally pennies on the dollar. Then some types of strategic alliances. Are in your not so distant future. Or they should be. Don’t you agree?

Who Says You Can’t Build Your Brand! (And Make Money Doing It!)

You see the pretty lady to my right? That’s the brilliant Susan Lancaster Maghrabi.(That’s her Linkedin profile link BTW.) She and I are strategic alliance/Joint Venture/JV partners.

Which means she and I promote each others content. Case in point. That picture is from a recent guest podcast appearance.

She and I have another JV podcast project going. We decide on various subjects/content. We will be sharing proven insights on. And this particular episode.

She and I were sharing our insights about various types of strategic alliances. Case in point. Susan told this fabulous story. About a major hotel chain. (Over in the UK BTW!)

Here’s the story. The major hotel chain. Has partnered with a brand name mattress manufacturer. So the customers who slept in the higher end rooms/suites.

They were actually sleeping on the manufacturers bed!  So quite naturally. When they’re ready to checkout at the front desk.

And they get offered an extremely time sensitive discount coupon. From the manufacturer. Rest assured. A certain percentage of these predisposed. Potential customers.

Will take advantage of the extremely time sensitive offer, right?

Who Else Wants To Know How To Stretch Your Marketing Dollars? (And Still Consistently Generate A Profit!)

Think about about “how” money the mattress brand. Saved on the initial front end! They didn’t have to waste a ton of money. Advertising initially. To a completely cold audience.

 Instead they took a page. Right out of the major grocery store chains. The grocery positions attractive young ladies. At the ends of certain aisles. Offering tasty free samples to the daily shoppers.

Knowing a certain percentage of those who taste and enjoy the samples. Will want to make a purchase, right?

Look at the front end advertising and promotional savings. Simply from an extremely effective partnership. Going forward.

You and I would be extremely well advised. To form some potentially profitable, strategic alliances. With other non directly. Competing vendors. Don’t you agree?

IF You’re Not Systematically Leveraging Strategic Alliances! (You’re Definitely Working Way Too Hard!)
