Five Extremely Powerful Reasons Why A Commissioned Only Sales Force Truly Rocks!

 

Entrepreneur have you (or anybody)  you know and respect ever worked solely on a commission only basis? In other words, you are paid and or compensated in direct proportion to what you produce! How’s that for incentive?

Could your current lifestyle be maintained (and or) significantly enhanced were you to suddenly switch over to a commissioned  only compensation payment plan of some kind?

Most non entrepreneurial types are deathly afraid of this type of payment arrangement! Wonder why? In any event while some may scoff at the exceedingly high compensation rates that your truly elite (commissioned only) sales reps earn!

One things definitely for sure! They aren’t wasting any time with the trivialities of the day, are they? No way! They simply can’t afford to! But the flip side to the coin is this. These elite men & women that somehow convince people to consistently say “yes” can (at times!) be quite demanding!

And if you’re not careful, have you at their mercy because they are (let’s face it) the life’s blood from an internal business stand point! They consistently drive sales which (in case you forgot) is what generates revenue!

But what if there was a proven way for (you and I) to employ some top flight commissioned only sales reps, that simply that had no interest whatsoever in trying to take over your company and or hold you hostage to their ever growing demands and egos! Huh?

And believe it or not, you’ve never ever have to worry about them threatening to leave you to go work for your fiercest competitor! How cool would that be?

 So Where In The Are You Suppose To Find An Army Of Totally Dedicated Commissioned Only Sales Reps That Won’t Eventually Try And Hold Your Business Hostage?

Entrepreneur, first of all, you’ve been reading this blog long enough to know, that’s it’s always simply a matter of perspective right? Which means, the commissioned only sales reps that I’m referring to here isn’t an actual elite, high powered sales force in the conventional sense! Huh?

No, I’m referring to every piece of on or offline marketing content that you’ve ever (and or have yet) to create! Say what? That’s correct! Think about it for a second. To date, I’ve created 1,020 published blog posts (right here!) and counting! And (to date) 427 youtube videos!

That constitutes 90% of my online commissioned only sales force! They work for me tirelessly 24/7! But checkout these five really cool benefits they provide vs actual elite commissioned only sales reps!

(Note: Now let’s be brutally honest and totally realistic here! There is simply no way these inanimate pieces of content, no matter how well put together, can ever replace super elite commissioned only sales reps in the real world! But, they can and will do things that the top elite sales reps of the world would never ever dream of doing voluntarily!)

 1.) Really big benefit # one: Under no circumstances is your or my content ever going to take rejection personally! Meaning: if (or more like!) when a visitor gets partially through a post or video and suddenly decides to simply leave without finishing it!

Oh well! Guess what? That blog post and or video stays focused on the job at hand! It doesn’t stop to check email and or Facebook and or twitter updates etc! No wasted time there! They just remain steadfast!

2.)  Really big benefit # two: Also, they never ever use sick days (and or vacation) as an excuse not to show up and do what they were created to do!

3.)  Really big benefit # three: They never demand higher and higher compensation rates! That’s huge! They gladly work and are 100% committed  to you, until you decide otherwise and delete them!

Obviously in the case of youtube, and or any other video sharing platforms, your account could be unexpectedly shutdown! But barring that you’re good to go!)

These Commissioned Only Sales Reps Aren’t Ever Going On Strike And Or Threatening To Quit If Their Demands Aren’t Met!

4.)  Really big benefit # four: They never ever demand higher and higher compensation rates! Unlike the top affiliate marketers online! As they start to produce more coin for the vendors products and service that they market. Guess what?

They start demanding and expecting a higher affiliate compensation rate! And rightfully so! But not your crew! Nope! As they climb the search engines,  because of more and more social shares!

They never send you an email or text, demanding a bigger compensation percentage or else!

5.)  Really big benefit # five: and finally.. They never demand stock options and or a percentage of your company! In fact, they’re not ever going to threaten to go on strike if their totally unrealistic demands aren’t met or quit and go start their own deal and compete head to head against you!

After they’ve convinced some of your key sales reps to go with them! So you see, even though there’s simply no way they can effectively compete with these real world elite commissioned only sales reps in the real world!
