What Happens When Your Social Media Accounts Gets Temporarily Banned?

 (And Or Shutdown Altogether!)

So how many social media accounts do you currently have? And which particular platforms are you currently on? Do you have a favorite? Or are you more strategic with where you’re currently posting?

Do you tend to post. Where your ideal prospects are? In my specific case. I’m heavily active on Linkedin. Because a ton of the B2B entrepreneurs I’m currently targeting. Are constantly all over the platform.

Plus you throw in the fact. There’s currently a billion registered users on the platform. (And steadily growing!) And hopefully you’re leveraging your social media accounts. Yo build your own opt in email list, agree?

What Real Marketing Assets And Or Resources Do You Truly Own?

Tell me if you have also noticed. This all too common occurrence. An online marketer. Who may or may not be considered an influencer of some kind.

 They may currently have 50K followers on this one particular platform. And 125K on another. As well as an impressive 250K on still yet another! Then suddenly without warnings. They or you wake up. And guess what? Your accounts.

Have either been temporarily. Or permanently shutdown. And when this all too common occurrence does happen ladies & gentlemen. If your business and or service. Is 100% reliant on utilizing social media.

How will this negatively affect your cash flow? And for how long? Have you even considered it? If your revenue starts and stops with your social media presence.

If YouTube unexpectedly shutdown your channel. Or just demonetizes it. How much will that missing cash flow negatively affect the running of your business? Even if you do get your social media accounts shutdown! Don’t let that be the end of the story! Don’t you agree?

How Long Can Your Business Or Service Survive A Temporary Revenue Blockage?

Entrepreneur if you have no opt in email list. In order to keep in touch with your subscribers or customers. How having your social media accounts. Temporarily or permanently shutdown. Negatively affect your brands image?

Will your audience conclude. You were simply a fly by night scam! And if your account(s) get permanently shutdown. How long? And how much effort will be needed?

If you literally have to start over from scratch. Don’t forget to figure into your long term equation. Every social media platform. Is also an incredibly sophisticated database gathering platform!

If you’ve been on any one of them for years. Once or if your accounts gets banned. You’ve lost some of your highest performing posts/articles. Short or long form videos too!

And what about the mental and financial. “Starting all over tax!”

The bottom line to it all ladies & gentlemen. It’s definitely okay to both build and leverage social media! But don’t totally rely on it!
