Powerful Examples Of Marketing Strategies That Didn’t Initially Pay Off!

These four power house experts (who’ve) known each other for years! Finally decided to combine all their years of “real world” experience and write a “tell all” ‘how to” hard cover book! And make a ton of money to boot, while having all types of fun in the process!

Well, that may have been their original intentions! But (once again), a little thing called reality kicked in! First off, after a gazillion “reject letters” from practically all the major book publishers! They (finally) decide to “self publish” their masterpiece and cut out the middleman!

Which in this particular case is the major book publishers! So they pre print 25,000 copies, in order to get a lower price per book.

And (besides) they figure, all the money they make from this initial first printing, they’ll use to buy more pre printed copies in the second printing! Wrong!

Unfortunately, they discovered what a staggering 90% of all first time publishers discovered! The general public has little or no interest in their work of art and labor of love!

The net result is, like far too many other (wannabe self published authors), they’ve got a garage full of unsold books! Just waiting for the recycle bin or paper shredder!Right?  😀

 Now How About Some Proven Examples Of Marketing Strategies That Really Work!

After years of not being able to move their books, and when they were just about ready to (totally) call it quits and just burn or shred the unsold books and move on!

They get an email (and or offline) direct mail piece to attend this local offline two day marketing workshop.

And there they pay particularly close attention to this one particular featured speakers named “Mr. Marketing!” (Hmmm… that name does sound familiar now doesn’t it? 😀 )

He pointed out how savvy commission only mortgage brokers (and some savvy) Real Estate brokers actually turned the virtual bursting of the highly over inflated Real Estate bubble, into a huge (previously untapped) profit center!Say what?
