However, the very next month. Guess what? Google and the other major search engines change their algorithms again. So your ranking slides down even further. Now instead of ranking on the bottom of page two for a specific long tail keyword phrase.
Now you’re on the bottom of page seven. Which means you or your major competitors may as well not even be ranked, correct? Right.
So How Does A So Called Digital Content Marketing Strategy Possibly Make A Difference?
Great question. First of all. Let’s say you or your major competitors. Over time of course. Start doing “guest podcasting” appearances, at least once or twice per week.(Or more if your schedule allows.)
And as you can clearly see from the dates on those two reminder notices. Depending on “how” pro-active, you or your major competitors are.
Two “guest podcast” appearances on relevant podcast shows. Is extremely doable. Correct? But let’s cut this in half. And say you can start routinely appearing on at least one laser targeted podcast per week.
And they not only link to your site on their blog or e-commerce site. But they also allow you to mention your site or specific lead capture page address. So hopefully some of the laser targeted traffic decides your free lead magnet giveaway. Helps solves at least one of their major concerns. Which compels them to join your opt in email/mobile marketing list.
And remember. As you look at Stacy’s comments in the first confirmation notice. Her team has a pro-active marketing approach. They will professionally edit the entire episode.
And create both audio and video snippets. And they’ll post them on youtube, twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Tiktok just to name a few.

Now multiply all this pro-active marketing leverage by 52 weeks. Provided of course. You or your major competitors build up to at least one “guest podcast” appearance per week.
And let’s say each appearance translates into just 100 new targeted visitors per week. In 52 weeks. (One year.) You now have generated an additional 5,200 unique visitors to your blog. Not bad, correct? No doubt.
And rest assured. At least some of the corporate, institutional type of advertisers. Will be or quickly become very interested in buying some type of ad space on your blog.

Other vendors will be more than willing to offer you free or extremely low cost access to their products or services. In exchange for some type advertising or JV (Joint Venture) arrangement.
