Hopefully after reading and re-reading part one of this ongoing series. You now have a much deeper, far more comprehensive understanding of “how” some extremely low cost, high powered creative marketing strategies and tactics, can and will increase your front and long term back end gross profits, correct? Excellent, because believe it or not, (entrepreneur) this party is just getting started.

And you or your major competitors are free to take things -not only- to the very next level or two. But you’re highly encourage to do so and beyond.

And what better way to systematically scale you long term, front and back end gross profits for literally pennies o the dollar. Plus creating some local, positive word of mouth and mouse “Goodwill Ambassadors” along the way.  because these men and women will constantly have some incredibly entertaining stories to tell from now on.

And they’ll enthusiastically do so both on and off of social media. Have a closer look and see for yourself.

Ever Notice How Some Of The Simplest Lead Generation Strategies Or Tactics Consistently Generate The Most Income?

Quickly picking up where part one left off. A local female Insurance exec went to your state of the art website and purchased a really nice 55 inch flat screen TV.

And when it was delivered, your professionally trained head delivery driver made her a “can’t say no”, extremely time sensitive “OTO” ( One Time Only” offer.

Which was only valid until they left her townhouse. Basically she could also purchase a state of the art barbecue grill, which normally retails for at least $2,000 dollars.

But since she also joined you or your major competitors opt in email or text message list. She could instantly save $500 or X amount of dollars off the price. She just needed to go ahead with her purchase before you deliver drivers left. And not only would she save X. But delivery was also free again.

This type of market tested “OTO” offer works about 40-60% of the time. And once she goes ahead with her purchase, you know she’ll be gladly spreading the word both on and off of social media, pretty much from now on, correct? No doubt. Which is “what” both you or your major competitors are counting on.

Who Needs Outrageously Expensive Traditional Advertising Or Traditional Promotions?

Here’s where the fun and potentially profitable stuff begins. Before your professionally trained head driver leaves the premises. Whether the customer takes advantage of their extremely time sensitive “OTO” offer or not.

They track down the property managers and ask if it’s okay to not only hook all of the property manager personnel up, but the current and future maintenance crew up too? Say what? Here’s what your professionally trained, head delivery person offers the property manager personnel.

Simply for joining your or your major competitors opt in email list and remaining an active subscriber. (Meaning periodically opening your email messages.)

For their loyalty, they’re given some extremely time sensitive, market tested, two sided gift certificates. They come alone to you or your major competitors store, and they save 10% off any purchase up to $200 dollars.

However, simply for dragging a friend with them to your store, whose at least 18 before the ten or X day expiration date window expires. Not only can they save 40% off up to $1,500 dollars worth of purchases.

But they can also purchase one state of the art tablet, which typically retails for $850 dollars,(while supplies last!) at you or your major competitors actual hard cost of half or slightly less. Say what?

And here’s what you or your major competitors are more than willing to do for the 13 or X number of full or part time maintenance crew. For starters, as long as they too join you or your major competitors opt in email list.

And provided they also drag a friend with them to your store whose at least 18, before the X day expiration window date expires.

Practically No Matter Can Stop Spreading Extremely Good News! (So Make It Work Extremely Hard For You As Often As You Can!)

You’ll gladly allow the entire maintenance crew, both current and future to purchase, for an extremely limited time, state of the art 55 inch flat screen TV’s.

And provided they too drag a friend with them to your store, whose at least 18. Before the expiration date window expires. Not only do they get to purchase these TV sets at your actual hard cost of X. But they also get an additional, totally unexpected “OTO” offer.

Which is only valid until they leave your store. Huh? They too get to purchase a mid level, state of the art tablet. Which usually retail for $650 dollars. They can purchase it for just half or your actual hard cost of X.

And provided their guest also joins your opt in email list before they leave your store. They get their choice. Say what? They can either purchase a state of the art tablet, which normally retails for at least $850 dollars at your actual cost.

Or they can purchase a state of the art 55 inch flat screen TV at your actual hard cost of X. And if for whatever reasons they don’t want to join your list.

They can still save 10% off up to $150 dollars. But only until they leave your store. But there’s still even more to come. Huh? But you’ll or your major competitors will discover what it is coming up very shortly in part two. Okay?
