How A Really Simple Brand Positioning Strategy Can And Will Make A Huge Difference!

On or offline you definitely wanna inexpensively and strategically grow your brand, right? Me too. But in order to systematically do so. The $64,00 dollar question automatically becomes how? Correct?
Obviously if you or your major competitors have direct or indirect access to tons of money. You can simply drill your on or offline presence into your target audiences consciousness, right?
But what if your corporate or startup pockets are that deep just yet. Do you simply abandon altogether your dreams of becoming a highly visible influencer. Let’s hope not. Because the main focus of this particular post. Is to make you or your major competitors aware.
This is where having or developing (over a reasonable amount of time!) a practical brand positioning strategy comes into play. And potentially in a major way. Without all of the usual cost and effort.
As usual. Some form of proven marketing leverage is definitely involved here. And just depending on the degree. You or your major competitors can quickly rise to a top or near the the top of mind status. (And stay there for the most part.)
Without constantly spending a small fortune in order to do so. And still be in a fabulous position and have the vast majority of your money still in your pocket. And systematically allocate to other parts of your business or service. Sound good?
Are Your Creative Sales Strategies Getting It Done Or Not?
Are you steadily spending or if you prefer. Steadily investing your extremely hard earned dollars on any type of paid advertising or promotional campaigns?
And are they at least breaking even on the initial front end? Because if you can afford to invest money on any type of paid or promotional campaign of some kind.
And end up with a paying customer. Provided you have or can relatively quickly create or add some type of proven back end revenue generating process to your long term sales funnel.
You or your major competitors are financially in great shape. Because now your major potential first time customer acquisition costs are all but recouped or eliminated altogether.
Which means going forward. A staggering 60-85% of the revenue you generate from each customer you initially broke even on. On the front end of your sales funnel. They now represent major gross long term profits.
And you or your major competitors have lifted a giant financial burden off your back. And instead of constantly trying to generate slightly more than your traditional costs to advertise or promote.
You have a workable gross profit margin. And can actually look into consistently implementing some creative, non traditional marketing strategies or tactics!
So Just Because You Or I Can’t Get Oprah To Endorse Our Products Or Services! (Doesn’t Mean You Shouldn’t Benefit From Major Endorsements!)
Case in point. Those of you who are regular readers of my blog. You already know the names James McAllister of jamesmcallister.com fame. Correct?
And you also know he’s my expert seven figure earning coach, mentor and friend. (But what at least some of you may not know is. James is currently in the final stages of launching his brand new, state of the art paid membership site.
(In fact there’s more than a very good chance, by the time you’re actually reading this particular post. His site has actually officially been launched.)
Which (according to) the most recent email message he just sent me. Is going to be a state of the art – evergreen educational resource. And guess whose going to be prominently featured in it? If you said yours truly. Bingo. And kindly move to the head of the class.

Checkout this recent comment he left on a blog post I published featuring him.
And revealing how he and I had recorded a 60 minute podcast recording. ( Which at some point will also be available to the paid members as well.)As the debut launch for his podcast. (I was and am beyond honored he chose me to be his first -beta testing- guest on the launch of his podcast project.
But here’s where all of this is ultimately going.

So What Major Seven Figure Earner Influencer Is Currently Endorsing You Or Your Products And Services? (And If Not Why?)
Did you read that really cool comment? James says he’ll make sure his future retail/B&M clients reach out to me for a power consulting strategy session. Because he’s confident at least some of my market tested, non traditional marketing strategies and tactics will definitely help them.
Now for just a moment. I want you to pretend. You’re one of James-s paid retail clients.
And more than likely. You either currently run or are on the verge of running a seven figure or multi seven figure business or service of some kind.
And James recommend a potential resource to you. What do you think the odds are of you at least taking a serious look at it? Exactly. Which means the vendor. In my particular case.
Doesn’t have to waste even more money on potentially outrageously expensive traditional lead generating ads. Or spamming big wigs on Linkedin. Or constantly leaving comments on major influencers blogs. Hoping somehow your comments, (among a sea) of others. Somehow stands out. ( Good luck with that.)
On the other hand. Contrast that approach to a potential seven figure earner or above. Going out of their way to contact you. Because you or your major competitors comes highly recommended by a proven source they know, like and already trust.
What do you think the odds are of you or your major competitors consistently not only doing a whole lot more business with them and at least some of their top JV (Joint Venture) or top cross promotional partners . In less time time. And potentially forming some type of mutually beneficial JV (Joint Venture) arrangements with their top JV partners as well.
(Personally I would say your odds of it happening fairly often and quickly are pretty darn good.)
Once You Prime The Creative Marketing Pump! (Who Knows How And Where The Marketing Possibilities Can Lead You To!)
What types of potentially lucrative JV’s you ask? Who knows. I’ll definitely keep you posted. Maybe they’ll decide to feature me on an upcoming episode of their outrageously popular podcast. (Which may already literally have tens of thousands, hundreds of thousand or millions of downloads.)
Or maybe they’ll want me to be or become a periodic contributor to their on or offline monthly newsletter, forum or private FB mastermind group.
Or maybe (from time to time), they’ll invite me to listen in as a fly on the wall to their ongoing strategy sessions. (That definitely sounds like fun. And I’m totally convinced I’ll get creatively stretched as a direct result of doing so.
And who knows. Maybe James, myself and the seven or eight figure earning a year vendor(s) can do some type of mutually beneficial marketing triangulation. These can be both fun and extremely lucrative. Just depending on how they’re ultimately structured.
Maybe they have a popular business/entrepreneurial based blog. With an extremely high DA (Domain Authority) ranking. And in exchange for periodically posting my guest blog posts.
We do a 90 minute recorded brainstorming session. They record and archive it. And use it as either.
1.) A free giveaway thank you gift to their current and future VIP customers or clients.
2.) Or bundle it with some other free bonus giveaway goodies worth X. If their prospects or customers do X, Y or Z before a specific date. Again the untapped marketing possibilities are virtually endless. Don’t you agree?
In any event. You can bet I won’t be saying no to practically any of it. Would you? (I didn’t think so.) So going forward entrepreneur or entrepreneur in the making. Can you now better appreciate.
