Major marketing mistakes  (Or Accept The Fact You’re Probably Not Going To Make It!)

As was pointed out in part one of this ongoing series. One of the major marketing mistakes. You constantly see being made. Especially by online newbie marketers.

In simple layman terms. You have the proverbial heart before the horse! (Say what?) You’re steadily running paid ad campaigns. Before you even know! What your ideal customer and or client. Is potentially worth to your bottom line. Please tell me you see and appreciate the problem here?

Successful Digital Marketing Is Still Based On Simple Math! (If More Goes Out Than Comes In! You Might Wanna Rethink Your Long Term Plan!)

So you’ve decided to run some paid ad and or promotional campaigns. Major congrats BTW. But before you write those checks. Can you honestly say entrepreneur?

You have a fairly realistic idea. What your ideal customer is potentially worth to you. Especially over time. If you can’t. You might want to put your paid ad campaigns on temporary hold.

Until you discover what your ideal customers, total lifetime customers value metrics. Then you’ll know what you can safely afford to invest on either your initial front end. And or your long term back end. Of you and or one of your top Joint Venture/JV partners sales funnels.

Ladies & gentlemen for the record! There is absolutely nothing hard! About running paid ad and or paid promotional campaigns! (On or offline BTW!) The real key to sustainable growth. is learning how to make them profitable enough. That they pay for themselves.

This is the all too typical type of banner ad! Which gets in front of an audience. For a relatively short period of time. And “if” the audience doesn’t buy on their initial first exposure. (And statistically speaking! A staggering 99% of them won’t!)

They or you simply move on. And the opportunity to sell them. Left with them.

The Better Your Understanding Of Effective Lead Generation Is! (The Better You Can Position Your Current And Future Offers!)

Take a look at the offer being made. You or I. Get 3, or X number of months of free Internet access. Which they usually charge $39.99 per month or X.

It’s free for the 1st 3 months. Then it’s at  least $39.99 per month thereafter. What if they or you could make the same core offer. But dramatically reduce your front end advertising and or promotional cost. Say what?

This is where some potential, strategic JV partners could really help jump start your long term gross profits. What if one of your, non directly competing vendors. Offered their current and new customers.

One to three free months of Internet access. Provided, they did, X,Y or Z! (Maybe your JV partners offer products and services. Which target seniors. Who for whatever reasons! Don’t currently have Internet access.

So these potential customers. Do X, Y or Z. And receive a credit for free internet access from your company. Clearly you’re banking on enough of them. Keeping the service through your company. After the 90 or X day trial subscription period is over, correct?

But even if they don’t! You can still potentially monetize them in other ways, right? Regardless of what the specific scenario is or isn’t. You simply have to avoid these major marketing mistakes! Don’t you agree?

Any Clueless On Or Offline Marketer Can Waste A Ton Of Money On Ads! (The Real Key Is Knowing How To Consistently Make Them Profitable!)
