But What If You Really Are Surrounded By Previously Untapped Opportunities!
(Should You Just Keep Ignoring Them?)
Take a look at the AI generated image. It’s hanging in front of somebody’s store front, right? And more than likely. The owner(s) are either independently owned small business owner(s.) And or independently owned service providers.
Look at the people steadily walking past the sign. As well as the buildings to the left. Where those buildings are residential and or commercial. People occupy them, correct?
Now think about a ten block radius of the sign. And the other independently owned businesses or service providers. Start with the ones which are clearly non directly competing.
The potentially lucrative strategic Joint Venture/JV/cross promotional arrangements. You and or your major competitors can form with them. Is an outrageously straight forward/simple way. For you and or your major competitors. To leverage previously untapped opportunities! Don’t you agree?
Why Not Leverage Your Local Micro Influencers?
You can kind of see the foot traffic passing by, correct? And just depending on which particular day of the week it is. And whether or not it’s winter or summer etc.
The daily foot traffic on that particular block. Probably varies. Here’s the point. While a certain percentage of the daily foot traffic. May or may not actually walk into their particular shop. But if they were cross promotional partners.
With several stores/shops within a 5-10, or X block radius. Especially if at least some of those JV/cross promotional partners. Have their own list of opt in email subscribers.
Imagine if 5 or X number of JV partners. Within the 5-10 block radius. Sent one -three extremely time sensitive broadcast email messages.
To their lists. Inviting them to not only visit you and or your major competitors store/shop. But they offered an additional savings of X% off.
Provided they drag a friend with them. Who’s at least 18. Rest assured, at least some of those invited to you and or our major competitors store.
They will definitely drag a friend. For those additional savings! Don’t you agree?
This Is How You Avoid Being 100% Totally Dependent On Paid Advertising Campaigns!
Sure, if you or I have the money. (At least initially anyway.) You can pay for ads, right? But if for any number of legitimate reasons. Your ads targeting could be off! And more than likely. If it’s your very few first times running any type of o or offline. Paid ad campaigns.
You probably get it right. Meanwhile your money’s still gone, correct? On the other hand. If other local, non directly competing vendors. Located within a 5-10 block radius of your store/shop.
Send a series of extremely time sensitive email messages to subscribers and employees etc. The odds are extremely good! At least some of them will make purchases.
Plus a percentage of those who were drug along. They will make purchases too, agreed? And all of those buyers. Know at least 25 other locals apiece, right? Your front end gross profits are likely to become profitable. Ten to fifteen times faster! Don’t you agree?
Simply by leveraging previously untapped opportunities. Any questions?
