Entrepreneur This Is Not Your Mothers Essay On Adversity!

  (And How She Might Instruct You To Effectively Deal With It!)

So you think your (really) up for this particular essay on adversity! Let’s find out! So, (tell/me) entrepreneur, have you really gone through it yet? Are you sure? No, don’t relay the last time you broke a nail or the inexpensive stapler you just bought isn’t working properly!

Let’s hear it! because you know what? On a scale from one to ten, you may just be surprised to discover, what you thought (previously) was a mountain, instead turned out to be, nothing but the proverbial moe hill.

 No This Is Definitely Not Your Mothers Essay On Adversity!

(And “How To” Effectively Deal With It!)

Q.) Have you ever been arrested ? Whether you were actually at fault or not! Have you lost a home through the foreclosure process? Has your heart (really) been broken, by someone you really cared about?

Have you lost a business, or been sued and lost in court lately? (How we doing so far?) Hold it, we’re not quite done yet? Have you ever personally suffered from child abuse for at least seven years or more? Ever been fired from a job? That’s always a nice way to start or end your week! Don’t you agree?

Let’s see what else we can throw at you? Hmm? How about this? Ever have to (temporarily) duck the bill collectors, including family members and close friends! Because you simply didn’t have the money to repay them, even though you practically guaranteed them that you would! Now, honestly!

How many of those (and others), that you can no doubt add to the list! How many of those totally unpleasant situations, can you say, yes, that (or something!) incredibly similar happened to me!

Probably no where near all or most of them correct?

 So Are You Totally Sure What You’re Calling Adversity Really Is Adversity!

Well my friend (and fellow entrepreneurs!), recently on a paid webinar. One of my marketing mentors, disclosed “how” he had in fact been a temporary victim of 98% of those things mentioned above! Yea, now you can pick your jaw up off the ground! And who knows what else he didn’t bother disclosing!

And yet, in spite of it all, he’s managed to push himself to develop the (the new skill set) that now let’s him routinely earn in excess of $50,000 per month! Yep! Here’s the point! Before you going looking for viable excuses for not regularly blogging, or creating short (yet),  extremely helpful 3-7 minute “how to” instructional videos.

Or consistently blog commenting or looking into “guest blogging”  or socially bookmarking yours and others blog posts etc!

Before you begin with your self imposed laundry list of of “why yo can’t!’ this or that! You go back over that prior list that was just shared with you, and ask yourself a very important -loaded- question! Is what your desperately trying to refer to as “adversity! Really adversity?

And if it’s not, let’s start removing the real barrier(s) that are preventing you from finally moving forward! Whatever they may happen to be! You can start by looking in the mirror, and demanding from that person staring back at you!

Either you really (decide) once and for all to go all out! Or just settle for what you’ve got and get on with your life! Either way, entrepreneur, this is not your Mothers essay on adversity! And “how to” effectively deal with it! Don’t you agree?
