For just a moment ladies & gentlemen. Take a ,look at that huge commercial building. More than likely. The owner(s) of the building. Own several others, agreed? I’m thinking one one company which owns commercial real estate.
And rumor has it! Their commercial property portfolio is currently worth over a billion dollars! (This may or may not be the case! Who knows?) Here’s my main point. For you profit seeking retailers and non franchised service providers too!
There’s literally a ton of previously untapped marketing opportunities! Waiting to be monetized! Don’t you agree?
You Don’t Need To Waste A Fortune In Order To Generate Quality Leads!
Before diving head long into this potentially profitable topic. Ladies & gentlemen look at the main commercial building in the screenshot image below. If you had to take a wild, but possibly educated guess.
How many stories high do you think this particular building is. And how many suites per floor. (I literally have no idea! My personal guess is there are plenty!)
And each one of those businesses or services. Probably spend/invest their extremely hard earned money on some type of traditional advertising. As well as social media marketing, right? And of course maybe they or you implement some potential expensive, PPC/Pay Per Click ad campaigns as well!
These various front end costs do ultimately add up, agreed? Why not systematically lead generate for a fraction of the traditional up front cost?
Stop Advertising And Start Marketing Strategically!
Regardless of what your particular products or services are. More than likely. You either target men or women. Or both, correct? And more than likely. Than one building alone. Contains and will contain going forward. A ton of both, correct?
So the $64K dollar dollar question quickly becomes. Why not form as many potentially lucrative Joint Venture/JV alliances. With as many commercial property owners. And commercial property management firms as you possibly can!
Afterall profit seeking entrepreneur. They have both direct and indirect access! To the potential first time and long term repeat customers.
You and at least some of your major competitors! Are constantly wasting a fortune to reach, agreed?
Instead, you’ll save a ton in upfront cost. Don’t you agreed? why monetize at least some of these previously untapped marketing opportunities!
