When It Comes To Successfully Marketing Your Business!
(And Or Service! Little Things Mean A Lot!)
So when it comes to successfully marketing your business and or service? Especially if it can be done so! For literally pennies on the dollar!
But entrepreneur as of right now! What’s your plan? If you’re still hell bent on wasting a ton of money.
On outrageously expensive! Hit and miss. Traditional on or offline ad campaigns! The current size of your ad budget. Really doesn’t matter as much. But if you’re willing to at least strategically test! Doing so.
Can potentially make a world of difference! Don’t you agree?
Pennies On The Dollar! (Just Isn’t That Expensive!)
Here is the inspiration behind this particular post. A close group of friends. Recently drove through the drive through window. Of an extremely popular, fast food franchise. (Which remain unidentified!)
But here’s the main point. For whatever reasons. Their intercom system was temporarily out of order. I/we have no idea “how” long it was out of order. but the employees were aware of this.
Because one of them was already outside. Going vehicle to vehicle. Taking orders. And them bringing them out to their customers. Being in semi marketing mindset mode. (A rather simple and basic. Customer centric observation occurred to me!)
Why not have, even a hand made sign on the menu/intercom. Saying, sorry for the inconvenience, temporarily out of order.
You Definitely Don’t Need A Huge Marketing Budget! (In Order To be Profitable!)
And because on the articular night of the week it was. They offer additional savings on certain food items. And of course it was particularly crowded/busy this particular night!
So why not have the employees who take the customers orders. Inform them. They can have either one free medium sized drink for their patience!
Or a free medium size of French fries or onion rings etc. Or something. Simply as a good will gesture! And to let their customers know. They really appreciate their patience. Or maybe have some type of market tested. Extremely time sensitive “Bounce back” offer discount coupon.
Where their customers save X% off their next purchase. Provided, the customer returns. Within the next ten or X number of days or less!
And there’s another. Potentially profitable strategy! Just waiting to be at least tested asap! Any idea “what” it might be?
