You’ve heard many others speak on the awesome money making power of joint venture partners, right? Now here’s the $64,000 dollar question! Why aren’t you currently utilizing them?

Right in your local community. There are other non directly competing vendors. Who need your exact same customer base! And they are more than willing to pay you and I. And or hour major competitors!

Continuous referral fees! For every applicant you/we send them! And they close a deal! (As oppose to them constantly paying for outrageously expensive! Front end advertising! Makes sense, does it not?

Expand Your Network! (Expand Your Income Producing Possibilities!)

And in my case. If I or you! Are one of their top Joint Venture/JV partners. They charge us nothing upfront!

But they get paid a percentage of what I earn! Once the transaction closes. Meaning, either a small business owner, tech startup or service provider. (Who’s based in either the US or Canada.)

Receives some sort of funding. (A minimum of $50K.) Just for proactively utilizing an empty wall in their or your business! (Who would have thought?)

Exponential Growth Is A Real Possibility!

Or consider the following! What if you or someone you know heads up a local real estate investment group. And you currently sell the members advertising in your on or offline directory!

And they or you have unsold ad space! So you stick my quarter, half or full page ad in your publication. In exchange for receiving ongoing referral fee percentages of X%! (Per each transaction closed!)

Or they take a screenshot image of this exact same screenshot image. And post it on their social media accounts! Or you’re active in either some Facebook or Linkedin small business groups. And create.

Either a single or series of posts! Using that screenshot! Entrepreneur are you starting to smell the previously untapped power of joint venture partners? I sincerely hope so!
