Who Says Outrageously Expensive Advertising Is The Way To Go?

(Especially If Constantly Writing Big Checks Is Not A Viable Option Yet!)

Ladies & gentlemen. Have you noticed a couple of subtle differences? Between this and the very last last blog post I published? 9I sincerely hope you did!)

One of the similarities. Which might easily mislead you. Is the featured image. (Say what?) If you’ll notice! The very last blog post. Also had a featured image. Of a female waitress. Taking the order. (Or about to!)

From two female customers, right? But if you’ll really take the time to notice. The other female waitress was standing on the other side. (And the name of the restaurant in the background was completely different!

And the title/headline for this particular post. Is completely different from the last one.  (Go check it out and see for yourself!) Anyway, here’s the point. Why should you keep wasting a fortune? On outrageously expensive advertising campaigns! Especially when you don’t have to!

Let Your Marketing Creativity Make Up The Difference!

Without officially calling this particular installment part two. Let’s quickly pick up where the marketing foundation was already properly laid. In the previous post, okay? So let’s say you’re the independently owned, retail jeweler.

And you’re extremely open, to at least exploring the previously untapped marketing opportunities and or possibilities. (You definitely need to pay extremely close attention here.

Strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only! Let’s say there are at least seven other female waitresses. Who currently work full or part time at the this particular independently owned restaurant.

And at least five of them. Are definitely into wearing! Some extremely eye catching, designer bling! Especially if they can get it! At the jewelers actual hard cost! (Say what?)

Initially all they have to do! Is join at least one of the retailers VIP/Very Important Person. Opt in email list. And remain an active subscriber. Plus drag a friend, neighbor, relative, sibling, in-law, ex in -law etc.

With them to the jewelers store. (Before an extremely time sensitive window of opportunity expires!) Who’s at least 18.

And simply for doing so. They get to to purchase the Deluxe combo package. Of one diamond studded necklace. And one extremely eye catching pair of diamond studded earrings. (Which typically retail for a combined, perceived retail value of $3,150 dollars.

($2,500 dollars for the diamond studded necklace, And $650 dollars for the designer earrings!)

So What’s Wrong With Some Exponential Marketing Growth?

Let’s quickly do the positive word of mouth and mouse math here. Shall we? Five of the waitresses.(And not even taking into consideration the male waiters potential contribution just yet!)

These five local women. All know at least 25 other local women, correct? (So 5 x 25 = ?) I’ll let you do the eye opening math yourself!

And at least 30 or X% of that initial 125 other local women. Can and definitely should be ethically bribed! To become customers. In the next 30 or X number of days or less! Don’t you agree?

(30% of 125 =? 37.50.) Or 37 local women. As a practical matter. And wouldn’t you know it ladies & gentlemen? Those 37 ladies. (From literally all walks of life! And economic mobility!

They too know at least 25 other local women! (So 37 x 25 = ? 925 other local women! Hopefully you’re literally starting to see! As well as appreciate the real long term marketing/promotional potential here! (If not! Get ready to start choking off your major competitors marketing/promotional smoke!

And don’t forget ladies and gentlemen. At least some of these local women. Are at least semi active on social media from time to time!

So “what’s” it gonna be entrepreneur? More outrageously expensive advertising campaigns! Which are hit & miss at best!
