So who can possibly be opposed? To systematically developing low risk marketing strategies and tactics. Which ultimately lead to far more spendable revenue growth. For literally pennies on the dollar.
And the growth can potentially be compounded. Such is the value from building strategic partnerships. And thank goodness it’s not about which non franchised retailer. Has the largest budget.

For just a moment. Strap on your profit generating marketing cap. Now dust off your calculator. And have a closer look at this extremely eye opening math.
Let’s say you own a non franchised, retail appliance center. And typically. Whenever you run an outrageously expensive ad campaign. It usually tales anywhere from 7 -21 touches/exposures to your ad campaign. Before you generate that all important first time customer.
Clearly there are the exceptions. (But don’t bank on being it! Just saying!) Anyway, there will be times. When your 1st time customer. Only needs to be exposed to your ads 1-3 times. And they decide to purchase.
For a moment consider your 1st time offline customers. Who come to your store. Simply to take advantage of your clearance or discontinued items sale.
They spend X. (Save Y!)And they’re never to be seen again. (Sound familiar? It definitely should.) This is just part of the long term deal. Whenever you run any type of paid ad campaigns.
Sure a percentage of your first time customers. May ultimately convert into long term. Repeat customers.
Who not only routinely buy from you over and over. But a percentage of them also refer you new business. And provide bank account filling testimonials too!
Consider the following. Incredibly low cost marketing strategy. A non franchised bakery shop owner. Who has their own opt in email list of 5,759 opt in email subscribers.
It’s Okay To Put Yourself In A Position To Win Over And Over!
They send one of their non franchised retail appliance centers JV partners best, market tested email messages to their lists. Making them aware of a private. “Everything Must Go!” Sales event.
And only the email subscribers. Get the best prices! However, simply for dragging a friend with them. To the retailers store. (Who’s at least 18.) They automatically get an extremely time sensitive, mark tested discount coupon.
Which also allows them to save 25 or X% off their next purchase! (Up to $500 or X amount of dollars.) And as long as they drag another friend with them. Who’s at least 18.
And they do so within the next 10 days or less. They automatically save an additional 10 or X% off! Up to a maximum of $1,500 or X amount of dollars!
You Don’t Need A Big Budget! (In Order To Scaling!)
Your expensive on or offline ad campaigns. Can’t compete with you and or one of your top Joint Venture/JV partners. Who has built their own opt in email list. And now they’re steadily nurturing it.
You can and should actually run your numbers over time. So you at least have a general idea. Of on average. What percentage of your current customer base. Inexpensively refers you new business.
Which literally cost you pennies on the dollar! Compared to constantly running paid ad campaigns. Let’s say one of your top local JV partners. Who is an independently owned retail bakery shop owner.
They’ve built their own opt in email list of subscribers. Let’s say they have 5,761 subscribers.
And they send one of the retail appliance centers. Best, market tested, extremely time sensitive discount coupons to their subscribers.
Here’s Where Inexpensively Testing! (Can Potentially Pay Off Big!)
And the bakeries list is made aware. They can save 25 or X% off. Simply for dragging a friend with them. To the retail appliance dealers store. (Who’s at least 18.)
Before the 72 hour window expires worthless. However, once they get to the store. And as long as they spend over $300 dollars or X amount. They’re automatically given another extremely time sensitive, market tested discount coupon.
Which alerts them. If they return to the appliance dealers store. Within the next ten or X number of days. (Your extremely time sensitive offer. As a general rule. Shouldn’t extend beyond 30 days!)
They save 25 or X% off! However, simply for dragging another friend with them. Who’s at least 18. They automatically save an additional 10 or X% off! Up to a maximum of $1,200 or X amount of dollars!
You take the time to put a pencil to it. And see how much you’ll save in initial front end cost! Verses building strategic partnerships!
