Whether you’re a licensed CPA, Bookkeeper and or Accountant etc. Is there anything worse. Than going through your clients files. Only to discover. They’ve been recently rejected for either. A small business and or commercial loan of some kind.

 Their long anticipated plans for expansion. Temporarily get put on hold, right? And while they’re trying to figure out what their next move is! Meanwhile, next week’s payroll still has to be met, right?

How often do you think a CPA or Accountants rejected loan applicants clients. Get the opportunity to turn things around?

It’s All About Power Networking Within Your Circle Of Influence!

So let’s properly layout the scene for a moment. One of your Bookkeeper clients. Just got denied their commercial loan request. Yet again! And for the vast majority of professionals.

This would simply be the end of the story, correct? Not any more. And thank goodness it’s not even close! For one thing. The CPA, Bookkeeper and or Accountant etc.

They, (or you!) Probably know other local professionals. Who could also potentially have others in their professional or personal network. Who may also know of other local business people.

Who have been rejected for either a small business or commercial loan request of some kind. For one thing. There’s your current or future neighbor. Who’s a local realtor or agent.

(And remember ladies & gents! Nothing pleases your real estate agent or broker more! Than you helping them. Get their current, future and past clients to more closings! As fast as possible! No more waiting 6 -8 weeks on local banks and or credit unions! )

They’re going to need about $950K. In order to make their medical facility purchase and remodel. A long awaited fantasy a reality! Or what about your extremely close neighbor Jay?

He has that independently owned auto shop. And every time you two meet for a beer and pizza. He let’s it known! He’s seeking $180 k. To expand the services his auto shop can offer to the general public.

Sure he’s approached both his local banker. As well as the local credit union. And each time he’s told. Hic current FICO score is simply too low! How excited will he be?

Once he discovers. Just depending on which particular alternative lending option(s) he actually qualifies for. He doesn’t even need to be concerned about a minimum FICO score!

There’s Definitely Room For Your CPA Firm To Expand Beyond Your Main Expertise!

And because your local banker and or credit union loan officer. Knows you’re a successful, local Bookkeeper and or Accountant. It only makes sense. From power networking perspective.

You find out “:what” if anything! After loan denial service they currently do. (If anything!) For their rejected loan applicants. My best guess is probably little to nothing.

That is until now. You make them aware. You have an alternative lending source which can potentially help their clients. Finally secure that elusive financing.

You help both the banker and or credit union look like heroes in  their extremely loyal customers eyes, correct? And all the banker or credit union rep needs to do. Is pass your name & number to their rejected current, future and past, rejected loan applicants.
