Side hustle     (Something You Can Do Whenever You Want! And It’s Extremely Lost Cost!)

So here’s a quick question for you. Have you officially started your side hustle yet? How or what do you plan on doing as your side hustle?
And just so we’re crystal clear.

If you’re planning on creating some type on or offline side hustle. Are you planning on investing both your time and money? Or just good old fashion sweat equity.

It definitely makes a difference. Here’s the reason why I ask. If you’re thinking of making in the high hundreds. Or the high thousands!

Then what I’m proposing. Is probably not for you! Are we still on the same page?

Don’t Or Stop Making Earning Side Income Overly  Complicated!

As some of you are already aware! I now offer alternative lending to my audience. On the back end of my primary service. Which of course. Is consulting and marketing.

 For small business owners and or service providers. (Who are located in The United States only!) And “if” for whatever reasons. They or you!

Have been denied a small business or commercial loan of some kind. The alternative lenders I’m in contact with. May be able to provide them or you. With the funding they/you seek.

They provide cash in as little as 7 days from the day. You originally submitted your online request. There are no upfront closing costs. If you qualify.

No more waiting 6-8 weeks patiently on s-l-o-w- bank approval! (Only to be denied yet again!) That totally sucks, right? There is no minimum FICO score needed! (Try that one with your local banks and or credit unions!) Of course it ultimately depends on the specific loan package. Your business and or service qualifies for!

You must be in business at least 6 months! And have $10K per month in verifiable revenue! (To potentially qualify for these particular finance options!

It’s Definitely Okay To Create Your Own Opportunities!

As you can clearly see. I have taken a screenshot of my non traditional, index size business card. And covered my number for this particular service. In order to avoid all or most of the totally unqualified phone calls.

But if you’re interested in starting your own side hustle. And earning a $100 dollar referral fee. Each time you refer someone. And the transaction closes!

Here are a few incredibly simple! Extremely low cost marketing strategies. You can and definitely should be able to use. Regardless of your current marketing/promotional budget. Or lack thereof!

Anyone. Initially. It’s highly advised. You not invest too much of your readily available cash! Into this strictly part time. Side hustle, agreed?

Because have no  idea right now! If this is something. An opportunity. You will want to pursue long term! Instead initially rely on getting the word out.

Within your current and future circle of, personal and professional influence. Primarily using. The amazing, F.Y. L. system. (Flap yo lips!)

There Are Individuals As Well As Professionals In Your Immediate Local Community! (And Can And Will Provide You With Potentially viable Leads! (Just By You Asking Them For Their Help!)

Without a doubt! In your specific city, town, village and or providence etc. There are professional men & women. Who CPA’s, Bookkeepers and or accountants, correct?

Or maybe you have a relative, a sibling or a bestie. Who is one. Or personally knows one! Or maybe your neighbor or tenant is one! Or your tenant is married to one! Or they have a relative who is one! Or they’re studying to become one etc. Or their child, niece or nephew!

(Hopefully you get the overall point, correct?) Anyway; some of these men & women. Have, will have or had! Clients who for whatever reasons. Have been denied either. A small business loan.

And or a commercial loan of some kind. And up until now. That was the end of it for their clients. (Not anymore!) Now you can and should offer these professionals a potential life line.

And Don’t Forget About The Commercial Loan Officers In Your Local Banks And Or Local Credit Unions!

Think about what happens in your/our local communities. A ton of times! An aspiring entrepreneur. Who has a business and or service. Located within the United States.

They apply for either a small business  and commercial real estate loan of some kind. (They may or may not be charged any up front closing costs! They submit their paper work.

And wait patiently. For the next 6-8 weeks! Only to be informed. Their loan request was denied yet again! (So their goals for expansion or inventory purchases. Are temporarily put on hold!)

What do you suppose those salaried commercial officers do with those “rejected” loan applicants? (My guess is probably little to nothing!)

Enter you and or one of your CPA, Bookkeeper or Accountant contacts. They or you approach these officers! (Only where you currently bank to begin with!)

Approach these officers. To find out “what” they actually do with those dead files! (My guess is probably little to nothing! In terms of post, “Rejected” loan application, customer service! Inform them. You have an alternative lender source.

Which may be able to help at least some of their previously rejected loan applicants. (By law! They probably can’t give you these applicants names! But going forward.

They can pass your name to them!
