Why You Definitely Need A Strategic Plan Especially When Your just Starting Out!

Ladies & gentlemen while it may not seem obvious when you’re initially starting out on your entrepreneurial journey. But usually sooner than later.

You begin to better appreciate “why” you definitely need some type of strategic plan. Or proven system if you will. Because trying to run a successful business or service

is challenging enough. Even utilizing a proven template. You add to the mix trying to wing it. And it’s obvious why so many aspirin entrepreneurs end in the junk pile

of unfulfilled dreams. And sadly their hard work and dedication doesn’t amount to much. Hopefully you’re determined not to let that happen to you, correct?

Please Don’t Make Starting More Difficult Or More Expensive Than It Has To Be!

Case in point. Especially when it comes to initially starting out offline Sadly far too many otherwise extremely savvy start up entrepreneurs start out not only leaving money on the table.

But they make their potential growth far more expensive or complicated than it needs to be. Because easily within a 15-20 block radius or their store. Other non directly competing business owners or service providers.

Can easily supply “what” they lack. Or vice versa. Of course, the vast majority of you initially reading this find that statement hard to believe, correct? yet it’s definitely true. Someone has the, you fill in the blank(s.) The business credit you need. The long term (not to mention!) inexpensive distribution process you don’t currently have. They already have the established cred you still lack.

They have unused warehouse space you definitely need. They already have the established customer base you don’t. They have 400% more social media presence and expertise you clearly don’t.

They have an extremely loyal opt in email subscriber base. Which is easily 600-900% bigger and more responsive than yours. They both employees’ vendors and potential JV (Joint Venture) partners they could easily introduce you to.

And the list of potentially valuable and extremely profitable assets and or previously untapped resources literally go on and on.

Profit Seeking Entrepreneur Get Off The Sidelines Already! (And Get Into The Game!)

Once or as soon as you do. Brand new worlds of previously untapped possibilities will gradually open up to and for you. both you and your potential JV partners will gradually begin to see marketing/promotional possibilities you hadn’t previously seen.

Suddenly seemingly from out of nowhere. You’ll consistently spot potentially profitable ways to go about marketing, promoting and selling. Which not only make far more economic sense.

Even without knowing all the facts about your particular offline business or service. there is more than an 85-95% chance. Your current or future distribution process could greatly be improved. With just a few key, (to start with anyway!) local, non directly competing JV or cross promotional partners. Maybe you could inexpensively  A/B  split test piggybacking on either th back of another non directly competing vendors flyers.

And or one of your best market tested, extremely time sensitive offers could be made available via their professionally trained telemarketing sales reps, confirmation of the sales close.

Paid expert help is definitely affordable and available. You just have to request it. Or keep struggling. The choice is definitely yours. If having a proven strategic plan of some kind makes sense to you. And you want proven expert help putting the pieces of the marketing, promoting and selling puzzle together. You know at least one expertise to contact, correct?
