Honestly would you have a problem with systematically building a rock solid customer or client base?  Especially if you could continuously do so relatively inexpensively. And you could continuously help any number of non directly competing local vendors or suppliers scale their businesses or services too.

If so. It’s probably time for you or your major competitors to at least start strategically A/B split testing these small business marketing strategies for small business owners or service providers. (Who are serious about working on, not just working in their businesses or services.)

One of your main marketing strategies can and definitely should be continuously focusing on the much neglected back end of your long term sales funnel. Say what? You’re about to discover some incredibly straight forward, non techie marketing strategies and tactics for doing so. Are you ready?

This Is Definitely What Makes Certain Types Of Marketing And Branding So Potentially Profitable!

For example. Even though there may be at least four other single location, non franchised gourmet coffee shops in your immediate area. Basically none of them are anywhere near as marketing savvy as you. Or as marketing/promotional savvy as some of your top JV (Joint Venture) or cross promotional partners.

Case in point. Since you’re marketing savvy enough to appreciate most of your long term gross profits. Will be earned from the percentage of your first time customers who become (asap!) long term repeat customers. Right?

Which is “why” you or your major competitors can and should at least inexpensively test the following, potentially profitable marketing strategies and tactics.

1.) First: Both your current, future and ex non directly competing vendors should be given a free twenty pound bag of the gourmet coffee of their choice. Say what?

This way, as both the owner(s) and their current and future employees are exposed to it. Going forward. You simply find out from the owner(s) how many of their current employees and others directly or indirectly associated with the business or service.

Would like to start paying $.99 cents per cup instead of the customary $5.79 for this same Xtra large “Big Gulp” cup of gourmet coffee. Whatever the actual number turns out to be. The company just writes a ten day expiration date on the two sided, extremely time sensitive gift certificates they provide both their employees, vendors and suppliers with.

Just Make Darn Sure Your Marketing Objectives And Strategies Add Value To Current And Future Customers Lives! (And More Than Likely You’ve Got Yourself A Proven Winner!)

Side (A.) of your extremely time sensitive git certificates invites the recipient to join your opt in email or text message subscriber base. In order to enter your free monthly drawing for a chance to win a years supply of five pound bags of gourmet coffee of their choice. Huh?

They simply come in at the end of every month and bring their winning 1st grand prize notice as proof. And side (B.) invites them to your shop so they can save 10% off a gourmet cup of coffee. Which usually retails for $5.79 per cup.

However, simply for dragging a friend with them whose at least 18. Before the ten day expiration deadline expires. They only pay $2.00 dollars for their very first cup. Say what? But going forward. They are given a free Xtra large “Big Gulp” plastic cup.

And now every time both they and their guest come back with the cup in hand. They only pay $.99 cents per cup. You know at least some of them will proactively spread the word both on and off social media, correct? No doubt.

You Definitely Can Increase Customer Loyalty Without Automatically Having To Increase Your Long Term Costs!

2.) Second: For every customer who spends at least ten or X amount of dollars. Their name automatically goes into a weekly drawing. Where the first grand prize winner wins a twenty pound bag of gourmet coffee of their choice. And all of the weeks send grand prize winner runner ups. For an extremely limited time. They save 25 or X% off one twenty pound bag of gourmet coffee.

But simply for dragging a friend with them whose at least 18. In order to claim their extremely time sensitive second prize. They automatically save 50% off the exact same twenty pound bag of gourmet coffee of their choice. Say what?

(Again, can or are you starting to appreciate how you or your major competitors can systematically create a tsunami of positive word of mouth and mouse buzz? Say yes.)

3.) Third: You or your major local competitors should arrange (asap!) to be on site. On some of your top non directly competing vendors or suppliers main local sites.

Maybe one or twice a week. Especially during the winter and summer months. And serve their extremely loyal customers, employees, vendors and suppliers free Xtra large “Big Gulp” cups of your extremely great tasting gourmet coffee. And other extremely great tasting beverages.

And of course going forward. Because your cups have your local address on them. Now every time they bring them to your store. Instead of paying $5.79 per cup or X. They only pay $.99 cents.

Effectively Utilizing These Proven Customer Retention Tools Will Definitely Improve Your Bottom Line!

Which means you know a certain percentage of them will not only be coming back far more often. Right? But they’ll spend more and constantly brag to their extremely close family members, current, ex and future co- workers or their current and future employees.
