Are You Finally Ready To Discover How To Profit From The Right Customer Retention Strategies?

Quick question. Do you know a really good bargain when you see or taste it? Huh? If a product like an extremely great tasting Xtra large “Big Gulp” cup of gourmet coffee or cocoa usually costs somewhere between $4.79 – $5.79 per cup.

But instead for any number of reasons, it only cost $.99 cents per cup. Would you or do you consider that a bargain? So going forward. Can you now better appreciate ‘how” you or your major competitors can and definitely will consistently profit from the right market tested customer retention strategies or tactics? Say yes.

Obviously it’s far from an automatic process. But with just a little strategic A/B split testing, tweaking and monitoring. You or your major competitors have excellent odds of becoming a whole lot more successful. A whole lot sooner.

And unlike the vast majority of your local major competitors. You definitely won’t have to constantly invest, (more like waste!) a ton of your extremely hard money. That’s definitely a plus, is it not?

Can You Even Begin To Appreciate How Many Great Marketing Ideas For Small Business Owners Or Service Providers Are Currently Available To You?

Case in point. Does your city have one or two of those major festivals per year? You know where the locals from all around come together. And there’s tons of booths offering practically any and every type of exotic food and deserts.

Of course the vast majority of it is wildly overpriced. Right? And some of the booths are local entrepreneurs who sell. You name it. Exotic homemade jewelry. Or handmade pottery. Or really cool T- shirts and on and on.

But sadly, the vast majority of these aspiring profit seeking entrepreneurs. Especially the locals who have bothered to pay not exactly cheap fees. lease their booths. Or own them outright. They’ve got more than their fair share of upfront initial costs. Right?

Which means they have to gross X first before they or you see a nickel of initial front end profit. But what’s makes their approach even more challenging is this. Once the one or two day festival ends.

This entrepreneurs pack up and move on. And the local entrepreneurs who participated in the festival simply go back to their shops and care on. Sound all too frighteningly familiar? It definitely should. Because sadly it describes a staggering 97-99% of the locals who participate. Nod your head cadets because it’s true.

Wanna Know How To Increase Brand Awareness Without Having To Borrow A Ton Of Money?

Let’s say your single location gourmet coffee shop were to at least inexpensively test the following brand awareness creation strategies.

So just like some of the other locals. You rent a booth for the one or two day festival. And pay your fees as well. Plus you or one of your top results producing JV (Joint Venture) partners.

Also invest X amount of dollars in some Xtra large plastic “Big Gulp” cups. Which has your stores physical address and phone number on them. And your booth has a really big sign which reads “Get your great tasting affordable gourmet coffee here!” Of course over time.

Through some strategic A/B split testing and careful monitoring. You’ll discover which main power headline message consistently resonates best with your local market.

But here’s the point. Instead of charging the huge crowds your usual retail rates of $4.79 – $5.79 per cup. Instead they only pay $1.59 per cup. But you alert them to the fact. Going forward.

Whenever they bring the cup with them to your store. They only pay $.99 cents from now on. Say what?

The More You Increase Customer Loyalty The Less Money You’ll Have To Invest On Outrageously Expensive Traditional Advertising Or Promotional Campaigns!

Normally you or your major competitors would only charge $.99 cents per cup. But in order to try and offset some of your initial upfront out of pocket cost. Your charge just a little more whenever you rent a booth at these local festivals.

But your real long term goal is to generate at least 500-1,500 first time customers over the course of one or two days. And them have anywhere from 30-80% of them become long term repeat customers. Who come to your shop at least 5-10 times per month. ( Or more!) And spend a whole lot more money on your different exotic beverages.

And of course consistently tell their closest relatives, friends, current, future and ex co-workers and current and future neighbors etc. And broadcast all over social media as well. But this is just the beginning of your long term marketing strategy. Say what?

Before and after the festival. You’ll be sure any and every local entrepreneur who rents a booth and has at least one local store or two. You’ll gladly expose them to some of your great tasting gourmet coffee. By stopping by their booth and providing every one who wishes to sample your goods. You’ll gladly provide them with you free plastic “Big Gulp” cups.

And they can stop by and get a free cup. But going forward start dropping by your store as often as possible. And there. You or your major competitors start power networking with these local vendors. And start extending the same courtesies to their best customers and top vendors.

Are you finally starting to appreciate “how” you or your major competitors can continuously profit from the right market tested customer retention strategies and tactics? Say yes.
