Ever Notice How A Relatively Simple Business Expansion Strategy Can Literally Skyrocket Your Profits! Part Two

So quickly picking up where part one left off. Hopefully after initially reading and re-reading part one of this ongoing series. You now realize and better appreciate how and why your current or future business expansion strategy.

Doesn’t have to be super complicated or outrageously expensive. In order to be or become incredibly profitable. Agreed?

Of course it’s gonna take both time and some continuous effort and ongoing strategic A/B split testing and ongoing monitoring. In order for you or your major competitors to ultimately discover your business or services true marketing sweet spots.

This being the case. As you strategically test, tweak and monitor. You’ll also be simultaneously lowering your traditional upfront out of pocket costs. Because you’ll gradually start eliminating what doesn’t work.

Or isn’t currently working for whatever reasons. This is how you or your major competitors go from just working in your business or service. As if it’s just a glorified job. To strategically working on your business or service. Hopefully going forward. You can see and appreciate the real differences.

 Ever Wonder What Happens When Your Business Doesn’t Grow?

Obviously the long term results are not good, right? Agreed. Basically your overall current and future expenses. Both planned and unplanned start

to gradually increase. Why or how you so skeptically ask? Stop and consider the following. All too common situations. If you aren’t steady increasing either the initial gross front or long term back end profits of your business or service.

You’re not really going to be in the position to give your current key employees or associates, timely and much deserved wage or compensation increases, right?

Nor can you usually justify investing in the latest cutting edge tools and or technologies or the latest cutting edge marketing or promotional strategies and tactics etc.

And as if these aren’t challenging issues enough. If you can’t afford to literally break even on the front end of your sales funnel. And make the majority on the long term back end of your sales funnel or sales process. Then this lack of initial, consistent cash flow is preventing some serious long term, (albeit) delayed growth.

 So How In The World Can Your Local Personal Barbers Current And Future Customer Help Rapidly Scale Your Business Or Service?

Luckily this isn’t rocket science. Case and point. As you recall from part one of this ongoing series. Because you or your major competitors have already run your retail appliance centers total lifetime customer value metrics numbers.

You know on average, your ideal male customer is easily worth somewhere between a low $250 – $11,000 dollars gross profits.  Give or take over the next five to seven year period.

This being the case. This readily explains “why” or at least it should Explain why, once you discovered they love to barbecue during the summer. You enthusiastically offered them the chance. (For an extremely limited time mind you.) For them to purchase once of your state of the art.

Top level barbecue grills. Which would typically retail for at least $1,300 dollars. And you’ve arranged for him to get it for just above your actual hard cost of $699 dollars. Plus all applicable taxes and fees etc. Say what?

Now going forward. Instead of you or your major competitors. Constantly wasting a ton of money on those outrageously expensive, dismally performing. thirty to sixty second, local prime time TV or radio ads.

And those dismally performing, bank account draining local billboard ad campaigns. Which consistently drain at least $25,000 dollars a month out of your marketing/promotional budget. Say what?

For just a second quickly do the math. You or your major competitors have been wasting $25,000 or X number of dollars every month for the last two years. On those dismally performing local billboard ad campaigns. So when you actually put a pencil to it. what’s your typical cost per lead (CPL)?

Watch How Much More Profitable You Or Your Major Competitors Will Be Or Quickly Become When Add Just A Touch marketing Creativity To The Mix!

Now you know practically every local male customer who sits in your barbers chair going forward. Is going to be told about their extremely good fortune, right?

And further more, so will every current or future vendor of the barbershop, correct? Absolutely. And you know they’ll be constantly taking selfies next to their new goodies. Correct? For sure.

But even closer to the point. Going forward. What do you think the other four stylist in the shop will definitely wanna know? Bingo. And here’s how you or your major competitors have them covered.

You’ll find out on average, (how many) male customers they average per day and for a five day work week. And whatever the actual numbers turn out to be. You’ll give each stylist a stack of your best. One or two sided index cards.

Side (A.) will invite the recipients to enter your free monthly drawing for their chance to win a $2,500 dollar, state of the art deluxe home entertainment system.

And side (B) will have a hand written date on it. The stylist will actually hand write in. Which is no more than ten physical days, (not ten business days.) But the next ten physical days out. And if they decide for whatever reasons to come alone before the gift certificate/index card expires. They can save 10 or X% off up to $500 or X amount of dollars.

Start Ethically Bribing Your Best Customers Or Clients To Help You Strategically And Inexpensively Scale Your Business Or Service!

However, simply for dragging a friend with them whose at least 18 before the handwritten date expires. They automatically save an impressive 50 or X% off their next purchase, up to $1,500 or X amount of dollars.

And let’s not forget or overlook the guest. As long as the guest join you or your major competitors opt in email or text messages lists. Before they leave your store they can save 40 or X% off their next purchase.

So you know they’ll be sharing their good fortune both on and off of social media, right? You combine all of this proactive marketing synergy. And you or your major competitors have got yourself a proactive business expansion strategy on marketing steroids. Don’t you agree?
