Since you’ve probably been, or are already well on your way, of being or becoming a profit seeking entrepreneur. You already know or appreciate, the many benefits of being an entrepreneur, correct?
This is great to hear. And since you have, or you’re in the process of gaining, more and more real world, business engineering experience.
Believe it or not. Your potential, marketing negotiating possibilities, are far more developed or advanced, than you probably give yourself credit for. Say for example. Let’s say you currently own or for that matter, successfully manage at least two offline locations.
And by successfully managing at least two locations. You help oversee and develop, the various, traditional advertising, marketing or promotional materials.
And you definitely understand the basics, of accurately determining, the total lifetime customer value metrics. And get this.For each individual store.
Because under closer scrutiny. You’re savvy enough to appreciate.Based on certain variables, like the particular physical location of each store.
And ‘how’ much you allocate, on sales commissions, sales training per store.As well as the total, overall responsiveness of each stores steadily growing customer base etc.And ‘how’ much daily foot traffic, each individual store generates. And ‘how’ much your typical, (individual) customer spends on their initial or repeat visit(s) etc.
You are definitely qualified to successfully negotiate, a higher (JV) Joint Venture percentage. On either the initial front or back end of, or a generous percentage on both ends.Right? No doubt.
After all your current skill level justifies it.Don’t you agree?
Being An Entrepreneur Means Constantly Creating Or Generating Potentially Profitable Situations!
For one thing. Think about the continual initial and repeat customer base.Any type of business, with at least two physical, offline locations needs.
In order to keep the lights on. They at least, to some degree or another, have strategically figured out, how to successfully promote, advertise or market the business or service, correct? Absolutely.
They have employees/associates, who are gainfully employed, both full and part time. Who routinely cash a paycheck, or draw a salary,either weekly or every other week. Correct?
Think about how much cash flow, has to constantly be generated, in order for this to consistently happen. Not just at one location, but two.
Which also means, some type of commercial lease payment, is constantly being paid, correct? Plus, if you have proven opening scripts, business cards, fliers or proven radio, TV,newspaper on lead capture pages or follow up email sequences, which consistently perform higher than industry averages. Guess what?
You definitely can and should negotiate higher JV percentages.On both the initial front or back end of a potential JV partners sales funnel.
Your Real World Experiences Can And Definitely Should Lead To Some Type Of Coaching Or Consulting Opportunities!
Plus don’t discount or ignore the fact. Maybe some of your proprietary, lead generation or referral generating strategies or tactics. Have not only led to your business or service, appraising for a higher amount. But some of your key employees, not only getting decent raises. But occasionally receiving bonuses as well.
Or maybe your current direct snail mail or social media marketing approach, allows your business or service, to lower your cost of sales, to your all important, first time customers or clients.
Or maybe your on or offline follow up process, consistently allows you to benefit, from what was previously considered, some hidden assets or resources. And now, as a direct result of discovering them. You can now, consistently monetize, this process, or these assets or resources.
Your Proven Strategies Or Tactics For Consistently Increasing Sales And revenue! (Are Assets You Can Monetize!)
Rest assured. Any proprietary strategies, concepts or tactics you and your marketing/PR team develop and begin to master.In order to steadily increase, both your short and long term gross profits.
Other profit seeking entrepreneurs, inside your industry. But located outside your immediate area. More than likely.At least some of them, would be more than willing, to pay you, either monthly or quarterly, to learn how to implement your proven secrets.(Think about the untapped marketing possibilities, with that one particular marketing strategy alone.)
