So how many, semi cash strapped, struggling small business owners and or service providers, do you currently know?

And most, (if not) all of them, are extremely dedicated and hard working. Are they not? Agreed.

However, even with that being said. The vast majority of them, at some point.

Provided, they’re truly sincere, about steadily growing their business and or service.

Guess what? At least a staggering 90-95% of them, will inevitably be denied, some type of traditional, small business funding. And usually when you boil it all down.

Whereas tons of surface reasons may or may not be given. A vast majority of those reasons.Will usually include, at least a bares bones minimum of.

The following three reasons. If you and or any deserving small business owners and or service providers, find yourself in need of financing.

Try to make sure, these three, all too common, potential financial road blocks, aren’t about to sabotage your chances, of obtaining, some much needed financial help.

By now, for those of you who routinely follow, small business based news. You’ve definitely heard tell, over and over again.

On average, a staggering 88% of small businesses,(including service providers), both on and offline. They will ultimately go belly up, correct?

And it’s definitely no surprise. When you combine, an extremely high, retail cost of first time customer or client acquisition.

Which of course, is constantly ongoing. Is it not? Absolutely.Plus you also throw in, your occasional dip, in your local economy, constant rising prices. A steady increase in major competitors.Both on an offline.And a lack of proven marketing strategies.)

And guess what? Your potential lenders, have to quickly become very select, about who they will and will not, extend financing to. Makes sense, right?

Which brings us (nicely) to reasons number one. Why your your so called, (surefire) small business or service, may be ultimately denied, some much need funding.

Basically, once the potential lender(s), have a look into the financials. Or lack thereof, for your specific business and or service.

And discover. Either your cash flow, is all but non existent. And your companies, overall annual revenues, are extremely low. This is a huge, potential red flag.

Because it sort of signals to them. You’re probably gonna be hard pressed, to pay your loan back in a timely fashion.(Hey, right or wrong, in all likelihood, this is the conclusion, the vast majority of potential vendors will make.)

You Have To Continually Strive To Make Your Business Or Service Appear More Loan Worthy!

Another conclusion they will most certainly come to. After they’ve had a chance, to thoroughly review your finances and current and past credit history.

If your current loan balance ratio to income levels. Are a bit too high. and or it looks like, they’re trending upward.

In all likelihood.Any new potential lender(s). More times than not, will be extremely hesitant, to extend you (and I) any further funding. Once again, for fear of not being paid. Either on time. Or not at all.

Potential Lenders Can And Definitely Will Be And Or Become Extremely Select With Whom They Extend Credit Funding To!

Keep in mine, in today’s extremely high charged, (every bodies) trying to be in business for themselves atmosphere.

These potential lenders and alternative financing sources. They have more than their fair share of potential customers.

So there is no shortage of potential borrowers, loan applications to review. And if you (and I), wanted to be among the smaller percentage of entrepreneurs, who ultimately get approved.

Then try to avoid, this third, all too common reason, for your small business funding request.Ultimately being denied.

The bottom line to it is this. You’ve gotta, constantly strive, to look more loan worthy, than your major competitors.

And as you handle, whatever potential red flag issues on your end, as you possibly can. You’ll dramatically increase your odds, that your small business funding request(s), won’t be denied. Sound good? Great.
