So did you notice in part one, how being an entrepreneur definitely gives you (and or) your major competitors, the opportunity to serve your customers and or clients on a much deeper level?

Hopefully you did. But here’s the other potential untapped opportunity, that’s just below the marketing possibility surface.

Ladies & gentlemen, whenever you and or your major competitors, go the extra mile or two for some of your very best customers, and or clients etc.

The long term positive word of mouth and mouse affect, far exceeds any type of paid -traditional- advertising/promotional medium you can think of!

Plus, positive word of mouth & mouse marketing, carries far more bank account filling credibility, than any type of paid, traditional advertising campaign can or ever will!

Hopefully the following marketing examples will amply demonstrate that fact to you.

Is Anybody Still Confused About How Being An Entrepreneur Definitely Means Adding More Value To Your Customers Buying Experience?

Just to recap quickly from part one. Aweber, my paid email service provider of choice, currently has 120,000 extremely satisfied customers worldwide.

And currently, the only way for any of Awebers thousands of paying customers, to communicate with their customer care experts, is by calling their toll free number, M-F, from  8 am – 8 pm EST.

And on the weekend, (currently) they only offer email and their chat service.Now they recently added 24 hour chat, seven days a week.

However, as I pointed out, they could inexpensively test,initially allowing a select group of their very best customers to pay $7 (or X) dollars more per month, on top of whatever they’re currently paying.

You’ll Definitely Create A Much Bigger Splash With The Right Type Of Ethical Bribes And Or Incentives!

And those customers will now be given a special extension, where they enter their customer ID number, and they can now speak (live) with a customer care expert, seven days per week!

And as I also mentioned in part one. Since Aweber currently has 120,000 extremely satisfied customers.

If just one percent of them-initially- takes Aweber up on their offer, Aweber just added an additional $8,400 gross profit to their bottom line.(120,000 x .01% = 1,200 x $7 dollars more per month = $8,400 x 12 months = $100,800 annually.)

Real Entrepreneurship Is About Seizing And Or Creating Opportunity!

Here’s another really cool example of creating marketing opportunity, by being an entrepreneur. 

Let’s say you are an extremely marketing savvy jeweler, and your very best customer/repeat customer, has a lifetime customer value of $12,000 to $15,000 dollars, over the next five to seven year period.

Once you add up, their repeat purchases, referrals and the positive word of mouth and mouse publicity they constantly provide.

So let’s say one of your current, extremely loyal customers, is a successful husband & wife team of real estate brokers.

Who specialize in selling upscale residential homes and or townhouses etc; which typically start in the price range of $500,000 dollars or more.

And It Certainly Doesn’t Hurt Your Cause To Be Or Become A Pro-active Problem Solver!

So you send an email message to the wife, with three different pictures, of some brand new diamond studded earrings, which have just come in.And they definitely won’t have any trouble keeping them in stock!smiley cool

And they ask the lady realtor to pick out the pair she likes best, and she can have them at the jewelers actual cost, plus any and all applicable taxes & fees.

And the jeweler will have them personally delivered to the broker at her main office.This way, all of the other staff, (-including the secretaries) will be exposed to the jewelers top notch customer service!

Plus, the jeweler will find out ahead of time, how many actual, total number of workers the broker has in that particular office, and will be sure to include that exact number of extremely time sensitive, VIP brand new customer only discount coupons in the package they present to the broker.

Your Best Lead Generation Strategies Will Constantly Lead To Even More Business!

So imagine this. The broker chooses a really nice looking pair of diamond studded earrings, which typically retail for $600 dollars a pair.

However, since the jewelers actual hard cost is just $375 dollars, (or X.) The extremely marketing savvy jeweler will gladly allow the high profile, -local- real estate broker to showcase their wares, as the lady broker goes about her day.

You can just bet, she’ll be constantly approached, about where she got those (simply) to die for earrings!

And just for good measure, (and even more) free marketing exposure!The jeweler will also gladly throw in (free of charge), a beautiful diamond studded necklace, with normally retails for $1,000 dollars, but actually only cost the jeweler $600 dollars!

Just Because You’re Getting The Word Out Doesn’t Mean You Can’t Use Some Type Of Marketing Leverage!

You can bet, before the jewelers car has left the brokers driveway, she’ll be all over social media.

Constantly posting pictures and texting her closest girlfriends, associates, relatives, in laws and or other business associates!

And over time, they will (either) join the the jewelers opt in email/mobile marketing list, and or just head to jewelers actual store and become a first time customer!Right?

And so it goes, but hopefully you can see how, being an entrepreneur, definitely means adding -long term-value, to your customers buying experience! Don’t you agree? Now as is customary during this part of our show.
