Entrepreneur Whenever You’re Emotionally Exhausted Please Consider This!

Will you please be brutally honest here entrepreneur! 

Just within the last 30 days, how many times, have you had that nagging cloud or chorus of self doubt, and temporary negative thinking, (on any level) mind you, rear it’s ugly head!

And start singing (incredibly loud), it’s favorite tune!”You’re not good enough!” Yea, you know the tune I’m talking about,right?Me too!

And like or not, it’s as if, the speaker volume, (in our minds anyway) are on blast!

Because try as we may, not only can’t we turn the speakers off completely!

We can’t even manage, to at least turn them down, until the song has played long enough to accomplish what it and those nagging self doubt thought gremlins, set out to do!

Which is to fill us with as much self doubt as possible!Sound all too familiar!Well, going forward, whenever this situation starts unfolding on top of everything else, (proactive) you do to overcome and counter act those thoughts!

Entrepreneur, please keep the following situation in your fore thoughts at all times!

Every Dedicated Entrepreneur Will Face Temporary Setbacks!(It’s What You Do Beyond That Point Which Truly Counts!)

So this little visit down self examination lane, started for me, when I was on an intense coaching session, with my coach and mentor, (Jupiter Jim Landers), and he shared, among many other things, an incredibly (powerful true story), from a guy, (motivational speaker) he recently heard speaking on the radio.

It seems this guy, (according  to) Jupiter Jim, (for starters)is an ex-con!And at one point in his extremely storied life, was actually serving a 13 year prison sentence!Ouch!

And if I forgot to mention, he was also a former (hard core) drug addict to boot!And as far as anyone could tell, he didn’t graduate at the top of his class, from Harvard or Yale, with a law degree!

And yet, here he is, just seven short years later, since being paroled from prison early!He’s now an extremely successful HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) contractor, and highly sought after motivational speaker, author and master sales trainer to boot!(You go cat!)

Say what? That’s correct! Mr.Weldon Long, is now living the (so called) American dream, each and every day!Who’s says “it can’t be done!”

And just four short years removed from being released from prison early, he first managed to land a sales rep job, with a rather small, (but forward thinking) HVAC distributor.

And within a few years, of thoroughly learning the industry, he (not only) purchased his own company, but (to date) has managed to grow it into a $20 million dollar in gross sales volume empire!(Not too shabby for an ex-con,right?)

And his companies rapid growth,has landed his company on # 1,690 of the (very prestigious) INC. Magazine’s 5,000 fastest growing private companies in America!Say what?

Anyway, Jupiter Jim stressed a very important point, he said Weldon often repeats and shares during his extremely (high energy) live (motivational/sales training) events!

Does A Successful Entrepreneur Really Need A Fancy Ivy League School Education?

Whether it does or doesn’t, one thing is definitely for sure!Not having one,( meaning) a fancy, and not exactly inexpensive Ivy league school education, definitely hasn’t prevented Weldon Long, (former drug addict) and ex-con, from not only going forward, and making a real difference in other peoples lives, now did it?

So the point he stressed on the radio, to his audience, which Jupiter Jim later shared with me was this!(And now me to you!)

Entrepreneur, the very next time, the doubt gremlins and or well meaning friends, family members, spouses, kids, in laws and or whomever, tries to emotionally rain on your parade!

For whatever reasons they may feel are justified! Keep these (tiny little) inspirational thoughts, in the fore part of your mind, (at all times!)

Have you recently been paroled from prison? And have you ever been convicted of any crimes, and sentenced to a 13 year prison sentence? Are you a former or current hard core drug addict!

And when you went looking for your last formal job, did you have to acknowledge, (in writing), under fear of perjury, you were a former convicted felon!

And did you start any of your businesses, after having served time in prison? Yes or no! Irregardless of how you answered any of those questions?

Ladies & gentlemen, right now, who has the better chance and background and proper foundation, for long term, lasting success!You or Weldon Long, back when he originally emerged from prison?

That’s right! Both you and I!So the point is, it’s okay to have temporary doubts, fears and or skepticism!

But when you do, just think about how far and fast, old Weldon Long has come! And ask yourself, am I in a better starting place than he was?

And then get on with fulfilling your daily or hourly goals!And do it knowing, there are definitely men & women in this world, that have come a whole lot farther, faster, starting with a whole lot less than you and I did!Don’t you agree? Me too!

Now what extremely savvy, profit seeking entrepreneur, can deny and or argue with that?
