2.) Potentially deadly blogging myth # two: You need to be some type of established respected authority within your niche in order to become a successful blogger. Not so!  Obviously that type of status clearly helps, but it’s not a requirement.

What is required is that you consistently provide your targeted audience the how to problem solving solutions that they crave!

3.) Potential deadly blogging myth #  three: You’ve gotta be some sort of techie and or geek in order to set up any type of blogging platform, especially a state of the art WordPress blog.

Not true, because for one thing if push comes to shove you can (and probably should) hire a professional to properly set yours up, if the whole techie process isn’t your thing!

4.) Potential deadly blogging myth # four: You need to be an expert at Internet marketing, otherwise nobody will ever find your content. Baloney! A little basic understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)  is required, but nothing involving become a geek.

5.) Potential deadly blogging myth # five: In order to be a successful blogger, you’ve gotta be a professional writer John Grisham or Jackie Collins! Nope. Just clearly state and support your point of view and back it up with necessary proof.

And you’ll develop a targeted audience. Provided your content addresses the major issues.

6.) Potential deadly blogging myth # six: You gotta consistently post fresh content at least five day per week! Otherwise your blogging efforts are useless!

Again not true! But you definitely should be consistently sharing your fresh entertaining, problem solving content at least two to three times per week. This type of active blogging schedule will help you gain a loyal following and also help with your SEO considerations.

7.) Potential deadly blogging myth # seven: This whole blogging thing is simply a fad! It won’t last! Ever heard that one?  Blogging is a proven way to inexpensively and consistently reach and connect with your target market.

So for that reason alone, it’s probably going away anytime soon!

Plus the fact; that it’s a proven way to establish your credibility with your specific target audience.
