So what’s your clinical definition of so called lead magnets? has this proven concept even crossed your creative marketing mind at all? If you’re one of the worlds largest and most successful brands in your particular niche.
And you’re looking for an “A” lister keynote speaker. And you’re able to get an iconic mega rock star like Tony Robbins, Oprah or “ET” (Eric Thomas.) Then in essence their ability to instantly draw a paying crowd to your physical or virtual event.
They’re your proven lead magnets. Are they not? back when golfing legend Tiger Woods was really hot and at the top of his. He would routinely command appearance fees of six figures.
Regardless of whether he actually won the tournament or placed, 2nd or 3rd. So hopefully you’ve expanded your definition of what can or should be a potentially profitable lead magnet, agreed?
Consistently Increasing Revenue Simply Means Fishing With The Right Marketing Or Promotional Bait!
As previously mentioned. A major corporation which can afford to pay Tony Robbins or Oprah a six figure appearance fee. And possibly compensate them on the back end of their funnel too. They know they can guarantee at least X amount of paying customers.
Then you include premium prices to be able to socialize with these iconic figures before or after the main event. (And possibly take picture or brief videos.) And for an extra $1,000-$1,500 or X dollars apiece.)
You get to shoot a five minute one on one video and it’s basically a no holds barred type of business Q & A with them. And 50 or X% of those proceeds go to the charity of your choice. (Hey occasionally even the corporate heavyweights have to be civically conscious, right?)
Okay, enough with “how” these mega brands with extremely deep corporate pockets leverage various types of lead magnets. What about “how” your non franchised-retail appliance store could benefit from some of these exact same proven marketing strategies and tactics.
For literally pennies on the dollar of course.
How A Really Simple Marketing Strategy Can Be Used To Create Multiple Steams Of Income!
So consider the following underutilized marketing/promotional strategy. Your mom & pop non franchised retail appliance center. In order to start building a responsive and hopefully incredibly large opt in email list.
You target parents with kids between the ages of 7-12 or X to X. So you place some incredibly large signs throughout your store promoting “Kids R Cool!” promotion. (What about at least strategically testing?)
Basically once a month from May- October. (Or whichever particular months work best for your specific store.) The legal parents or legal guardians of kids between those in that particular age range.
You and or major competitors are about to systematically leverage them to the hilt. (Especially the moms and grandmas.) Here’s how. Entrepreneur it will be and become whole lot less hassle free and far less expensive. If you’re using a reputable, paid email service provider.
This way all the interested parents do is go to your market tested lead capture page in order to sign up. And just for doing so. And as soon as they click your email messages confirmation link. Just as your way of saying “thank you!” And greasing the positive word of mouth and mouse machine.
They will get an extremely time sensitive discount certificate from a local, non franchised mom & pop gourmet coffee shop owner .
Who in reality is one of your best JV (Joint Venture) or cross promotional partners. And the prospective customer not saves 25 or X% off their order. (With absolutely no minimum purchase requirements on their part.)
This way it gives the recipients even more reasons to brag both on and offline about you and or your major competitors awesome retail appliance business, correct?
And the more and often they do it. The more brand equity you and or you major competitors will generate, right?
