Hopefully, you at least thought about it, because unlike other proven strategies that might also involve some serious upfront, out of pocket investment, the “added value” strategy, may not have to cost you much money to implement at all!
Or a minimal increase in upfront out of pocket expenses at best.Let’s return to our previous example involving an extremely savvy CPA firm and an extremely aggressive, profit seeking local Pennysaver publication, to see “how” they both take the “added value” marketing concept, to the next level or two.
And how you might possibly be able to do the same!
What Serious Small Business Owner And Or Service Provider Can Argue With Increasing Their Gross Profits While Barely Increasing Their Upfront Out Of Pocket Costs Simply By Using The Added Value Marketing Strategy!
Ladies & gentlemen, while it may not be readily obvious, there is an awful lot of long term gross profits to be derived, by strategic use of the “added value” marketing strategy.
For ex: Once the extremely marketing savvy CPA firm creates their weekly “Ask The Experts” column, and they start fielding the local Pennysavers audiences questions.
Within six months or less of doing so, think about all the brand new, potential -lead magnet- subject matter they will have to create, in terms of magnetic, keyword researched blog posts, “how to” videos, and or webinars or offline 1-3 day workshops etc.
They’ll also have a pretty good idea of which subjects to place greater emphasis on, in order to create free giveaway lead magnet special reports or DVD’s/CD’s to inexpensively attract their ideal customers or clients etc.
But even beyond all that, which is more than enough to keep them extremely busy, don’t you agree? There are definitely some additional, potential benefits to be derived as well!
Who Says Effective Lead Generation Has To Be Expensive And Or Complicated!
Entrepreneur, before going any further, (there is) a very good chance, one of the strategies just mentioned, that all of the potential long long term (monetary) benefits of doing so, may not be readily apparent.
Case in point; as a direct result of answering the Pennysavers, (or X publication) readers questions from their, or your “Ask The Experts” column, and or weekly, local guest radio appearances! Let’s say there is huge demand for an online webinar, tele-seminar series, and or offline one day workshop on subject X.
My friend, you know (or you should),that recording those events, to be used later as various forms of marketing tools, just flat out makes sense!Right?So let’s say they conduct an extremely popular, offline one day event on some very specific estate planning issues.
Even if the initial 60-90 minutes was done strictly as a free lead generating event! Now they’ve got some market tested DVD recordings, they can giveaway, in exchange for customer/client testimonials!Do they not?(Entrepreneur, what’s all that additional business potentially worth over the long term?)
They could also extend the DVD’s, by recording an additional 5 to 7, two minute client testimonials on each DVD/CD.
This way, whenever they do a follow up enveloped mailing to any prospects, they could include the testimonial filled DVD, and another extremely time sensitive “Call To Action” (CTA), for the prospects to call a specific number, or go to a specific page on their mobile response,WordPress blog to sign up for some entry level discounted price service, like a “This Is Absolutely Your Last Chance To Take Advantage Of This VIP New Customer Only Price” special offer!
The Entrepreneur That Is Savvy Enough To Base Their Lead Generation Efforts Around Their Customers Or Clients Wants Will Never Ever Have To Worry About Where Their Next Prospect Will Come From!
