How Successful Entrepreneurs Creative Passive Income Simply Understanding The Value They Provide! Part Two

Now that you’ve initially had the chance to read and re-read part one of this ongoing series. Can you now better appreciate, both how and why, it’s critically important, for successful entrepreneurs (such as yourself!) , to at least have a basic understanding, of effective lead generation strategies or tactics? Say yes.

Good answer. Because doing so, helps open the doors incredibly wide. To several previously untapped, marketing or promotional opportunities. As you’re about to discover.

Plus, you can either monetize your knowledge and bankable skills. Or successfully barter your current or future skills. And as both your real world experience and bankable skill level steadily improves.

You’ll be able to steadily raise your rates on the initial front end. Plus increase your overall compensation, on the back end of your sales funnel as well. Take a much closer look and see for yourself.

Whose Else Is Definitely Up For Discovering How To Create Some Sustainable Passive Back End Income? (Just Like The Ultimate Insiders Do!)

Quickly picking up where part one left off. As you recall. Your successful, single location, mom & pop style, corner deli store. Which typically averages anywhere from 75-125 customers per day.

And slightly more, during the frenzied holiday rush.  And typically, your average customer, spends about $8.75 per visit. On this particular day. One of your customers, who had already spent $8.75 with you.

Not even two hours later. They also spent $3,500 dollars on a really nice, state of the art, home entertainment center, with a local, single location, (non franchised), retail appliance center.

And here’s how the retail appliance centers gross front end numbers broke down. ($3,500 – $800 dollars in traditional advertising cost, minus $1,700 in actual hard cost, equals an initial, gross front end profit of $1,000 dollars.)

But before deducting any salaries or sales commissions due. Still, they did okay, did they not? Absolutely. Now then. Imagine if they could create this same $3,500 dollar sale, at least three or four times a month.

And instead of it initially costing them $800 dollars or more, in outrageously expensive, traditional out of pocket advertising cost. Their initially front end cost, was somewhere on a sliding scale of $50-$150 dollars per lead, which actually spends money and becomes a paying customer.Say what?

This Is How And Why You Definitely Need To Start Creating Some Passive Income Streams!

This is where (potentially), you or your major competitors, mom & pop, corner deli store or business or service, could cash in big time. Huh? You start passing out, extremely time sensitive gift certificates, to your daily customers, who spend at least $10 or X number of dollars.

Here’s how things might initially work. The retail appliance center. Allows the owner and all of their current and future employees. No matter, (if they) currently work full or part time.

For an extremely limited time. Like the next 10 actual days. They bring the extremely time sensitive gift certificate, to the appliance center. And if they decide (for whatever) reasons to come alone. They can save 10 or X% their total purchase, up to $500 dollars.

Or simply for dragging a friend with them before the expiration date on the gift certificate expires, whose at least 18.They automatically get to save at least 40 or X% off their total purchases, up to $1,500 or X number of dollars.

The bottom line is this. They come alone and they save a little. Simply for dragging a semi qualified friend and they are ethically bribed to do so.And of course, the friend, will also receive, an extremely time sensitive “OTO”, (One Time Only) offer.

Meaning, before they leave the store, they get the chance to save, (say) 15% off any purchase under $500 dollars. Or 25% off any purchase up to $1,000 dollars.

Or, simply for joining your opt in email/mobile marketing list. They too automatically get to save 40% off, up to $1,500 dollars.

Once You Or Your Major Competitors Have A Fairly Realistic Idea Of Your Total Lifetime Customer Value Numbers! ( You Can Start Marketing And Promoting With Almost Laser Like Accuracy!)

This way, the retail appliance center will have a pretty good idea. On average, how many guests, will take them up on their “OTO” offers. But your mom & pop corner deli. Can also track on average. How many of these one or two sided index cards, you need to giveaway on a daily basis, in order to generate paying customers, for the retail appliance center.

Because here’s at least two ways, you or your major corner store deli competitors, can be potentially compensated.

 1.) First: Initially, the retail appliance center, may just decide to pay you or your local competitors a flat fee, on a sliding upward scale, of anywhere from $50-$125 per lead.

 2.) Second: Or after they’ve had a chance to A/B split test the wording, (offer) on the one or two sided index card, you giveaway to your customers. They might offer the following, more strategic approach.

The Vast Majority Of Your So Called Major Local Competitors Have No Idea Whatsoever Such Passive Income Generating Opportunities Exist!

Every month your corner deli generates at least $10,000 or X amount of gross front end volume for them. They’ll gladly not only pay that months lease payment, via certified check.

But you’ll also receive a bare bones minimum of $50 dollars per lead as well. This way, the owners of the deli and their employees will continuously hustle.

Because after all. Every month, the owners don’t have to make their monthly, commercial lease or rent payment. This gives the owner(s), additional cash, to increase their current and future employees hourly raters. Does it not? Bingo.

Hopefully these two installments, have opened your creative marketing eyes incredibly wide. To how successful entrepreneurs, (who truth told.) Are no certainly no smarter than you!

Strategically create passive back end income, for literally pennies on the dollar. And ‘how” you potentially can too. Don’t you agree?
