When all you’ve really done is work extremely hard for someone else. Or maybe it was the corporation. In any event, before you hand in your two weeks notice and take that leap and start pursuing your life long dream of being an entrepreneur, you’d better dip yourself in reality.

How To Become An Entrepreneur When The Majority Of Your work Experience Has Been As An Employee!
Do you know anyone that for whatever reasons (moved) from sunny Florida and or sunny California, and relocated to (either) Minnesota, New York state or the Dakotas? And it probably took them at least a few years for their blood to thicken up and for them to adjust to those really brutally cold winters,correct?
My friend that’s the sort of major mind shift adjustment that’s needed, if you truly expect to have any real chance at being a successful entrepreneur. And making some real money!
The following three main mind set power shifts, will definitely help.
1.) Major mind shift # one: While it’s really cool to fantasize about finally being your own boss. And constantly complaining about having to work so many hours for someone else. Guess what? Once you hand in your two week notice, and start working extremely hard for yourself.
Which will include weekends and holidays! Especially in the beginning!
You’d better be emotionally and physically prepared to work even longer hours,and a whole lot harder, if you decide to start working for yourself. Plus, you’d better be aware of the potential strain this type of dedication might have on your personal and family life.
2.) Major mind shift #two: Unfortunately, if there’s one particular short coming, that far too many otherwise extremely smart people have, that think they wanna try their hand at entrepreneurship have; it’s that they are absolutely terrified of taking even minuscule risks of any kind.
They don’t realize just how much they crave security, until they don’t have any! So my friend, let me be the first one to adequately warn you,before you take the plunge.
The pursuit of entrepreneurship and security, do not belong in the same sentence.(Be sure you read the fine print in your opportunity contract! because it clearly states, entrepreneur, there ain’t no security!)
3.) Major mind shift # three: This third mental mind shift is extremely hard (especially in the beginning) for -former- steady paycheck employee mind set types. It’s the old, “if things don’t work out, I’ll just get a job” type.
It’s the one foot in each camp mentality. This split camp mind set mentality is extremely counter productive!Entrepreneur you can’t go all out, if you’re not all in!
