Online affiliate.

Just because your business is offline, doesn’t mean you can’t partner with an online affiliate.

Just because your a successful offline small business owner and or service provider, does that mean that you can’t strategically partner with a successful online affiliate?

There are literally tons of virtually untapped strategic profit centers waiting for a savvy offline (cash strapped) small business entrepreneur (like you) to tap into them.

Remember, tons of super successful online marketers crave savvy affiliates (on or) offline that continuously bring them fresh new leads, that they can (hopefully) convert to long term repeat customers and clients over the years.

The Road To Becoming A Successful Offline Affiliate Starts With Partnering Up With A Successful Online Affiliate!

How many times (over the years) have you been exposed to a really good local public speaker of some kind. And perhaps at (or during) their talk, they direct you to either their website (and or) blog or they simply market their books and CD’s or DVD’s at the back of the room, directly after their talk.

Like most of us, you’ve probably been exposed to quite a few of these types of entrepreneurs, correct? And even though they may not ever reach the International stature of a “Tony Robbins”, their still doing okay financially, correct?

And yet, even with all of their hard earned success, they are (believe it) or not, still leaving as much as 25-65% of their long term potential income on the table! Sadly, making it oh so much easier for a savvy small business entrepreneur like you to take full advantage of.

A Really Successful Online Affiliate Is Constantly On The Look Out For A Savvy Offline Affiliates!

Case in point: think about the relatively successful offline public speaker that earns a steady income. Primarily from their various upfront speaking fees, such as being the local or district key note speaker for various prestigious events.

Or charging various local and regional organizations upfront speaking fees for appearing at one their annual events etc. And of course by selling their various  DVD’s & CD’s on both their various websites (and or blogs, and their back of  the room sales, at each live event.

You add it all up and their doing okay, correct? end of story. The end, right? no way!

Because like you entrepreneur, they’ve truly, just barely scratched the proverbial surface of what’ truly available to them.

In terms of partnering with a successful online affiliate. First of all, think about the psychology of someone that (both) regularly attends live events that routinely features speakers of all types.

And whom of course (have to) sell either their products or services, (both) on and offline,  in order to make ends meet.

The people (potential) customers and clients that regularly invest their hard earned money to attend both local and other live events.

Have they not successfully demonstrated how (both) serious and committed they are to reaching their immediate short and long term goals? So why (in the world) wouldn’t any savvy entrepreneur (that just happens to be) a public speaker, leverage that situation.Huh?

For ex: It’s just a guess, but more than likely, at least 97% or more of the offline local public speakers, that consistently earns anywhere from middle five figures to a nice lower six figure income.

Meaning- anywhere less than 2$250,000 dollars annually. More than likely, they don’t (currently) offer any exclusive additional high end consulting and or workshop/boot camp products.

Because if they they routinely get in front at least 1,000 potential customers and  clients (or more), per year. There is an extremely good chance that at least one percent (or more of those 1,000 prospects are prime candidates for some type of high end coaching/mentoring and or high boot camp product.

And just because they don’t currently have/offer such products or services, is completely irrelevant to cashing in big time!

Your Online Affiliate Loves The Kind Of Creativity That Leads To More Business!

(For Pennies On The Dollar!)

Remember, since all of this future marketing activity is pure (additional) back end income for the savvy public speaker(s).

Their about to discover how to add an additional 25-50% more long term income, without adding more speaking engagements and or raising the price of their own products or services, by one thin dime!

Basically, they’ll be using two incredibly brain dead simple (non techie) marketing strategies.Currently staring them in the face!

1.) Strategy # one: Since they already routinely sell various DVD’s & CD’s at the back of the room and on their website. First, from now (after) they inexpensively test and track.

They will start including in every physical info product they sell, their best market tested lead generating index card or flyer etc., so their online affiliate can capture their leads contact info and start strategically following up with them.

Because rest assured; at least one percent (or more) of the 1,000 potential prospects they speak in front of each year.

They are extremely interested inn some of the high end up scale coaching/mentoring programs, that their successful online affiliate offers.

2.) Strategy # two: Here’s the other underground ninja marketing strategy that they will start employing. Be sure somewhere in the actual book or DVD, Cd etc., they mention at least three separate times.

The exact website (meaning) your re-direct (affiliate cloaked) website that your prospects can go to in order to get a free lead generating goody from your online affiliate.

That way you can make the following (irresistible offer) to the future organizations that you speak to. By paying your new upfront rate, that 25% more. They now now have the right to sell your info lead generating DVD’ & Cd’s etc.

And they get to keep 09% of all the money! Because you’ll be able to net 100% of the back end sales, that will come from your online affiliate. Because, if your online affiliate pays you 25% of their $5,000 dollar (or) $10,000 dollar offline boot camp. You can do the math.

Which marketing strategy do you think pays more? Selling those DVD’s for X, or 25% of a $1,000 -$10,000 dollar program?

Create a blog.

So what’s the real reason you decided to create a blog?

(Otherwise You May Just Whined Up Spinning Your Wheels And Becoming Extremely Frustrated!)

So when exactly did you decide that you needed to create a blog?  Although that can (potentially) be a good thing.

But before you get too far gone in the entire tedious process. You need to be crystal clear on what your exact purpose is for doing so.

Because as know, blogs can be strictly recreational in nature and or for business. You can brand (either) your business or yourself.

But you have to adequately define your purpose from the outset, otherwise, if your intending to do business, you’ll need to understand, the limitations of using certain blogging platforms, such as blogger or live journal etc.

By the way, if the main purpose of your blog is to do business and generate income from products and services etc.

Then by all means, do yourself a favor and stay away from the so called free blogging platforms such as blogger.com or live journal.com etc.

Because even though these particular platforms (are free), and incredibly popular. As a serious business owner and or service provider, you are not allowed much flexibility.

And virtually no control over the type of content that you can post. And the  absolute worst part is.They can and often do, pull your content or (worst yet), shut your blog down for their own reasons.

And the net result is, there goes all your hard work, right along with it.

So Before You Take The Time To Create A Blog….

(Make Sure You Know Your Real Reasons Up Front.)

On the other hand, if you’re creating your blog (strictly) for business purposes. Then you definitely need to answer the following (minimum) seven questions.

This way, it will make your blogging venture far more meaningful and a whole lot less frustrating.

Because there  is absolutely no reason for you to spend the next six to eighteen months, driving highly targeted traffic (using both) free and paid methods.

Only to have the plug pulled. It happens far more often then you might think.

Seven Key Questions You Definitely Need To Answer Before You Decide To Create A Blog!

Because your honest (and complete) answers to these seven key questions, will ultimately determine whether or not you need a professional state of the art blogging platform, such as WordPress or whether one of the free popular blogging platforms, such as blogger.com will suffice.

1.) Question # one: As previously mentioned; decide up front, before you get too far along in the process. Are you seriously blogging to create income or just for recreation?

2.) Question # two: Are you willing and committed to sharing (blogging) helpful tips, strategies and other valuable “how to” problem solving information with your targeted niche, at least three to five days per week? If not more?

3.) Question # three: Have you properly researched your market, and determined if your prospects are actually willing to spend a substantial amount of money on the various potential products or services, you may be attempting to market to them?

4.) Question # four: Is there currently an active presence on various web 2.0 (and other) social media platforms, such as FB, twitter, linkedn etc.

(Because if there is, then you’ve definitely got a live active market.)

5.) Question # five: Can you see how blogging regularly can help build trust and all important online credibility with your target niche audience.

6.) Question # six: No matter what size your current business or practice is, can you see how a blog (preferably) WordPress can be instrumental in helping you build your personal or business brand?

7.) Question # seven: If your potential market is large enough (meaning) the keywords that you choose to target, in order to be found online via the search engines.

Perhaps it makes more sense to target a smaller more select sub niche inside a broader general niche.

For ex: If the broader (and far more) competitive market is focused on growing organic fruit in general.

You may need instead to focus on a more narrow (and hopefully) lucrative nice like: the medicinal benefits of cooking using organic lettuce. (provided, there is a such a thing of course.)

Of course there are many more probing questions, that you need to ask, before you decide to create a blog.

Partnership marketing.

Are you ready to implement a proven partnership marketing program.

How much real effort or thought have you given (lately), to strategically instituting some type of partnership marketing program.

The benefits are many, but one of the main benefits is.

You get to leverage (long term) the enormous effort, and costs it takes to create that all important first time customer or client.

Do you have one of those local convenient stores within a few blocks of where you live? Or perhaps you or someone you know, currently owns one.

They can provide some excellent food for thought. And demonstrate how a local offline small business owner (such as yourself), can relatively inexpensively leverage the enormous profit potential of the Internet, without being an Internet marketing expert of any kind. Continue reading

Define inspiration. How do you define inspiration?[/caption]

(And Does It Motivate You To Do Your Very Best?)

Have you noticed how whenever things start to tank just a little emotionally, it becomes critically important how and what you do to define inspiration?

Because whatever it is (emotionally) that’s temporarily dragging you down, one thing is for sure,

if you don’t have some sort of way to effectively manage these times, when they come.

As they surely will. You’ll constantly let the all too powerful doubt gremlins rule the day.

Why You Need To Define Inspiration Or Else!

My friend, in both business and your personal life, it’s not if you’re going to get hit really hard. It’s when.

And if you haven’t figured it out yet, once you enter the highly competitive arena of business, it’s winner take all.

Not that your competitors are (necessarily) out to chop your proverbial head off, although at times, it may seem that way. It’s just they mean to dominate their market place, by any and all ethical means necessary.

And more times than not, that means total market domination. So they’ll utilize every available resource at their immediate disposal.

And the really competitive ones will stop at nothing. And it’s this side of highly competitive men and women that often (temporarily) gets the best of all of us.

Case in point: remember how you felt when you first started your (on or) offline venture. How high your long term expectations where for long term success.

Hey, nobody was banking on you becoming the next “Mrs. Fields Cookies” or Microsoft etc. But for sure you expected to be successful, right? And why not? There’s only one you, right?

After all, both you, and all of your friends and family said, “your smart, enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working right?”

If You Don’t Define Inspiration….. Failure Will Start To Institute It’s Own Agenda….

So what happens when things don’t immediately gel? You start to question the fact that maybe you did need a little more seed capitol than you originally thought.

Or maybe you did need a little more real world experience regarding business, before you started. And may be there was more competition than you originally anticipated.

Like the stock market, business cycles go up and down. Cash, along with profit margins, (at times) can run razor thin, maybe you hit a really rough spot.Because….

Trusted employee/associates mysteriously quit, steal or get fired etc. Ads and other marketing campaigns fizzle at best. Valued accounts suddenly decide (for no) apparent reason to cancel or transfer their account over to a major competitor.

May be your banker decides not to (either) raise your existing credit limit or call (demand you pay) any short term outstanding loan balances, before they authorize any more credit. Ouch.

Hey, it happens. That’s just a very small sample of what lies ahead for you entrepreneur. (Isn’t being your own boss the bomb?)

Or maybe your social media account (specifically) in this case, hubpages, decides to shut down your account. Like they did yours truly two years back.

Basically rendering all one hundred and twenty three hubs virtually worthless. On the surface anyway. And probably effected 40% of my overall traffic, at the time.

And guess what? To this day, they’ve never reversed their decision. Did it suck? For sure.

Does life go on? For sure. So what’s the point? You either define inspiration or failure will have it’s way with you.

That’s the way and the life of a daring entrepreneur. Is it worth it? for sure.

Just don’t expect your journey to be all peaches and cream.

Critical decision making.

Is your critical decision making skills leading you to poverty or wealth?

(And There Is No In Between!)

Have you ever really noticed how absolutely crucial your critical decision making skills are, and how they will  ultimately effect your chances for long term success? And or sabotage your chances.

One of my mega successful online marketing teachers/mentors “Larry Beacham”(the other Larry “The cable guy!”) , you  know, the guy that teaches you how to make quick money from home. Using the Internet with virtually little or no  previous experience.

(Provided of course, that you are really coachable!) Anyway, Larry recently shared a very powerful and somewhat  inspirational (personal) story about how getting f……(See the video below for all the particulars.)

This incident ultimately led to him grossing a mere 17 K in one day!

And how as a direct of his critical decision making skills, that he’s developed over time, he was able to (ultimately) make the right decision, that led to his financial prosperity today.

Yea, because this annual six figure plus earner, used to be a paid hourly cable guy too! 😎 Before he discovered how to harness the enormous power of the Internet and left corporate America, without leaving skid marks!

(Which just goes to show (once again) , it’s not where you start, it’s where you whined up that counts!)

Why Developing Your Critical Decision Making Skills Is So Darn Important!

As Larry put it (see the video), at one point in his life, he needed to accept a temp job paying just $9 dollars per hour. It helped keep the lights on and put food on the table.

And one day as fate would have it, he needed to schedule some (much needed) consulting phone time with his online marketing mentor, and of course, this just happened to be during company hours.

You can probably guess what ultimately happened next?

Anyway, Larry shares this very keen insight in the video, by pointing out (that far too often) both temporary adversity and potential long term opportunity, often knock on your door at the exact same time!  😎

And it’s right then and there, that your critical decision making skills, will either lead you to poverty or wealth. In fact, have you ever heard about this incredibly famous ad that once appeared in the Wall St. Journal?

It was run by some venture capitalist. The ad showed an upside picture of a group of young unknown (at that time) aspiring wannabe entrepreneurs.

And the caption under the picture, asked a very provocative question. It asked “Would you have given these kids $10,000 dollars in venture capital?”

And low and behold, as soon as you turned the picture (or in this case) the newspaper right side up, and looked in the bottom left hand corner.

You would have noticed a skinny geeky looking twenty two year old “Bill Gates“, yep, that Bill Gates!

The point being, those savvy initial venture capitalist, didn’t just see  a bunch of “Danny the dreamer” kids, hoping and praying for success and riches.

Instead they focused on what the long term possibilities could be! That’s why it’s so darn important, how you go about developing your (lifetime) critical decision making skills.

Because (ultimately) my friend, they will either lead you to poverty or wealth!

The choice is yours! Here’s a little heads up right here.

If all you glean from this post,is simply, it’s just another one of those Tony Robbins, Les Brown (wannabe motivational) type posts.

You had better (seriously) check your critical decision making road map! Because you may be headed to a lifetime of poverty and lack!

And be sure you grab your explosive free 22 step small business marketing idea kit series, because it will help you increase your profits by at least 25% in the next 90 days or less.

Increase blog traffic.

Who else wants to know how to increase blog traffic now?

(Introducing Three Incredibly Simple Ways To Get Highly Targeted Traffic To Your Blog!)

(Without Having To Be On Google’s First Page!)

So who else wants to know how to increase blog traffic, right now, (with highly targeted traffic) without having to (either) spend a few bucks (you may not) necessarily have on tricky Pay Per Click (PPC) ad campaigns or spend the next three -six months constantly studying the ins and outs of prudent SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies.

Anybody up for something a little easier and extremely effective? Okay, then, let’s get this party started.

How To Increase Blog Traffic Without Being An Seo Guru!

Remember the old joke that asks the simple question, “So how to you successfully get hit by a moving freight train?”

A.) Stand on the tracks! Translated: If you really want to increase your chances of getting in front of highly targeted traffic, by at least 250% or more, then effectively leverage the sources that already have the traffic you crave.

Sounds simple enough, right entrepreneur? So what exactly does it mean? And how does it ultimately translate into online marketing success for you?

Very simply, if you studied bass fishing, and discovered that certain types of salt water Bass, (provided of course) there is such a species of bass fish, were extremely fond of a certain type of bait and that they frequented certain areas, specifically looking for it.

Hopefully, you could figure out what to do from there, correct?

You Can Dramatically Increase Blog Traffic With Highly Targeted Traffic!(Even If You Don’t Won’t To Spend A Nickel On Paid Advertising!)

Entrepreneur, are you familiar with the online site called bloginteract.com? Well, you should have, because guess what? By some strange coincidence; this particular social site, was created specifically for bloggers, writers and video journal etc.

To come together and share, joint venture  and otherwise, just plain old network.

And guess which subjects they just happen  to specialize in?

Well lets see, there’s SEO, social media, business (in general), web design, lifestyle and so many others. Sound good? You can and are highly encouraged to share, photos, video blog posts and other helpful ideas, and of course your very own expertise etc.

Doesn’t that sound like the earlier analogy about where to find that (extremely) hungry school of salt water bass?

So that’s strategy # one. Post, post, post to bloginteract.com asap. No upfront fees, unlike tricky Pay Per Click (PPC) ad campaigns.

That one strategy alone, should increase blog traffic.

You Can Increase Blog Traffic Now! (Without Worrying About Ranking On Google’s First Page!)

The next strategy you may want to seriously consider is, (first) creating a free account over at good old bizsugar. Why you ask? Once again, take a wild guest which subjects old bizsugar just happens to specialize in?

Well for starters, it’s always fresh content, centers around issues concerning small business owners, managers and entrepreneurs.

So you know (going in) which type of eyeballs will constantly be there searching, reading applying and growing.

But here’s the kicker: you can post your fresh problem solving “how to” lead generating info there.

And here’s the other thing. Currently, Bizsugar just happens to have an alexa ranking of 6,834 in the entire world!

That my friend (in case) you don’t know is freaking huge! And their current alexa ranking inside the US is just 641!

Which means, whenever you decide to leave one of your insightful comments on another expert’s blog post.

And it gets approved. Guess what? You just got a major back link,(from a high page ranked site) for virtually little or no effort on your part. How cool is that?

So what’s the third way you can inexpensively increase blog traffic you ask?

This last proven strategy is actually a two pronged attack.

A.) First you need to head over to a spot called Zinepal.com. This is very (after) you create a free account, you turn your blog post into a free downloaded lead generating special free, filled with (if nothing else) your best marketed tested affiliate links of course.

And other info hungry entrepreneurs can find it, read and download and hopefully purchase (either) some your products or services, or purchase using your affiliate links.

B.) Next, after you’ve created this free downloaded lead generating special report/ebook. You immediately head over to  docstoc.com.

And this is where you start posting your free lead generating special reports. (After you create your free account of course.) You’ll start getting highly targeted eyeballs (from now on), for free!

Well, there you have it entrepreneur. Three simple ways for you to inexpensively increase blog traffic now!

Any questions?

Small business Seo.

Your small business seo strategies definitely do matter.

(Or Else You’re Making Your Online Success  Way More Difficult Than It Has To Be!)

No matter what amount of time that you’ve actually been online, you know the more cutting edge knowledge you have of how the major search engines really work, will only enhance your small business seo strategies chances for long term success, right?

Face it, most offline local small business owners and service providers really aren’t that tech savvy. In fact, most (95%) are content to slap up a simple (although) way too expensive website of some kind.

Or maybe they have a WordPress blog, but beyond that they’re mildly active on social media platforms such as FB or twitter etc.

But by in large (because) they’re an offline local business, they really don’t see a need to be active on the Internet.

One Of The Main Reasons Most Small Business Seo Strategies Aren’t Actively Pursued!

(By Offline Local Small Business owners And Service Providers.)

Case in point; currently (believe it or not) only 50% of all offline small business owners and or service providers, don’t even have a website.

Or how about these incredibly revealing stats.

Between 82% – 97% of all shoppers at some point user the  Internet to shop and or do research.

There are at least 6.6 billion searches done per month. And that’s an increase of over 260% within just the last five years.

The bottom line is, how can any serious small business owner and service provider, ignore these startling statistics!

Understanding Small Business Seo Strategies Will Help You Dominate Your Competition!

The better you understand the following seven small business seo concepts, the easier it will be for you to leverage the enormous power of the Internet.

1.) Concept # one:Link Relevance: This very important term simply refers to whether the site (or sites) that are linking -pointing back- (primarily) to your home and or index page, the site that’s pointing back to yours, is actually relevant in some way to your site main overall subject matter.

In other words, if your site is about growing and nurturing organic fruit and vegetables, any sites that links (points back) to yours, should be some relevant to yours.

And the more relevant the search engine(s) sees the linking sites relevancy to yours.

The higher the links overall “link relevance” rating (score) will be. Link relevance is just one of many factors that the major search engines like Google take into account, when it comes to evaluating (either) a specific page and or your website in general.

Needless to say, when it comes to effective small business seo strategies, you want to pay strict attention to this issue. Even though in reality, you’ll probably have very little control over which sites decide to link (point back) to yours.

2.) Concept # two: Indexing: Basically, every page that gets published online gets “Indexed” by one of the major search engines.

Whether the site actually ranks for the those specific keywords is another matter altogether.

3.) Concept # three: Page Rank: The term “Page Rank” was originally developed by Google’s founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin at Standford University.

Basically, just to boil it all down, Page Rank refers to both the total number of links pointing to your site, and what Google and the other major search engines consider the overall quality of those links.

In other words, just because your site has 100 links pointing (back linking) to it, doesn’t automatically mean, your site will out rank another site that only has 53 back links pointing it.

Especially if 38 eight of those 53 back links are from what Google considers authority sites. For ex; sites like Microsoft or CNN etc.

Of course there’s a little more to it than that, but hopefully you get the basic idea.

Your Small Business Seo Strategies Definitely Do Matter!

4.) Concept # four: Deep linking: Very simply, the term “Deep Linking” just refers to any back link that points to a specific page on your (or anyone) else’s site. As opposed to simply linking to your sites home page (index page.)

5.) Concept # five: IP Diversity: Every device connected to the public Internet (world wide) has a unique number known as an IP (Internet Protocol) address.

Basically what the term “IP Diversity” pertains to is, a few years ago, some shady marketers would try and raise their search engine ranking by constantly back linking (pointing links) back to their site.

However, the search engines eventually figured out that those back links were all coming from the same IP address and not independent sources.

Basically, when it comes to effective “back linking”, your IP sources need to be diversified.

6.) Concept # six: Anchor Text: Basically the term “Anchor Text” refers to the visible clickable text (typically it’s a blue link), that you see on webpages.

That text tells the search engines what the overall main theme (subject matter) is of that particular page. Often one of the major SEO (Search Engine Optimization) mistakes you see lots of beginning online marketers make, is they’ll use terms like “click here or visit soon” etc.

Instead of using a specific keyword phrase, to tell the search engines what that particular page and or website is actually about.

7.) Concept # seven: Link Velocity: The term “link Velocity” refers to speed at which your site generates back links.

If the search engines determine that the links were created artificially, like through the use of some software.

Google and the other major search engines, may penalize (or worst case scenario) ban your site.

Well, there you have it entrepreneur. Seven small business seo concepts you definitely need to know and understand.

Tips for small business.

Introducing five vital tips for small business success!

If you had to (and luckily) you don’t, could you easily identify five vital tips for small business  success?

That are inexpensive (non techie) and you implement them within the next 30  days or less.

Are you familiar with the line from an old pop song that said “little things mean a lot!” Meaning- lots of times, you can perform a series of incredibly small (yet) extremely powerful processes, and whined up with a home run of an outcome.

Of course it doesn’t always work out that way, but more times than not, you can make extremely great strides on tiny (consistent) incremental forward movement.

That’s why your sure to find several ways to benefit from the next five proven tips for small business  success.

Introducing Five Vital Marketing Tips For Small Business Success!

1.) Vital success tip # one: This first tip is incredibly huge, because it simply doesn’t happen enough. And it has to do with promptly calling your new hot leads.

Savvy entrepreneur! Take a look at this earth shattering statistics. And ask yourself, if it makes sense for a serious business owner (especially) a small cash strapped small business owner and or service provider, to pay attention to these stats.

According to the most recent research conducted, did you know that simply by calling your fresh new leads within the first two minutes after receiving their phone number, that you can increase your overall conversion rates by a whopping 350% or more! Say what?

(Is reading all that email or browsing on Facebook an extra half hour really potentially worth more than that?)

Studies have also shown that calling your leads (not calling them) between the hours of 4-10 pm, can also increase your conversion rates by an additional 41%

And just by dialing their number on a Saturday afternoon can also yield an additional 58% in overall conversion rates.

2.) Vital success tip # two: Remember, growing your business long term is like carefully nurturing a garden. Meaning- at least 95% of your prospects will not close on the first attempt. Especially with regards  to (so called) big ticket items.

So having  an effective (on or offline) follow up sales process is a must. Because typically, it will take an additional 5-12 contacts, before they’re actually ready to part with their hard earned money.

Proven Marketing Tips For Small Business Success!

3.) Vital success tip # three: Can’t stress this one idea enough. Collaborate (aka) joint venture with other (on or) offline small business owners and service providers.

Brainstorming together, helps everyone see beyond the bricks and mortar of their own walls! You’ll  both be able to see the forest beyond each others trees!

Master card customer service.     You don’t really believe that the only way you can provide outstanding customer service, is by being a Master Card customer service  rep do you?

Hopefully not. In any event, what you say to the following real world numbers. Because hopefully, they will open your eyes to an incredibly untapped market (that sadly) to this point, you may not be fully taking advantage of.

Or worst yet, through no fault of your own, you may in fact be totally ignoring. Most of you are familiar with the incredibly popular online dating site (match.com) correct?

If you’ve ever watched any of their frequent TV ads, you’ll notice they make you aware that 20% of most new beginning personal relationships, now initiate online.

Which means (entrepreneur) no matter how you slice it, that’s an awful lot of people, don’t you agree?

Of course right about now, your wondering how (if at all) those figures relate to being a Master card customer service  Superstar?

Hold on, that will be covered shortly. In the mean time, chew on these eye opening stats as well.

Because they may very well lead to a new previously untapped mega profit center.

You Don’t Have To Be A Master Card Customer Service Maniac!

(In order To Provide Outstanding Customer Service!)

Would you agree that, if there were a segment of your current market base that represented at least 20% of your total gross revenues, and for whatever reasons, you weren’t currently tapping into it.

That you’d be (undoubtedly) missing the boat? Well, whether you realize it or not, but (on average) about one in five or a whopping 20% of your loyal daily (offline) foot traffic, is a mentally challenged patron.

And their total gross revenue base equals (believe or not) a staggering 150 billion (yes) you read that right! A 150 billion dollars in annual revenue!

To those (on and offline) patrons that are savvy enough to cater to them.

Because some of your peers (believe it or not) are purposely going out of their way to ignore this incredibly huge (virtually) untapped market base.

Three Simple Reasons Why You Don’t Have To Be A Master Card Customer Service Rep In Order To Stand Out In The Minds Of Your Best Customers!

Because good to outstanding customer service, is definitely one of the most important keys to consistently growing your business, for (literally) pennies on the dollar.

1.) Customer service tip # one: On or offline but (especially) online. Entrepreneur, be available to customer, clients, but especially your potential customers!

In other words, don’t hide behind the technology of the Internet, instead, use it as a way to reach out and connect with your customers.

Frequently check and return those emails.Because you never know what long opportunities, a few email correspondences can ultimately lead to!

2.) Customer service tip # two: Learn “how to” show genuine empathy for (both) your valued customers and or employees. Hear what they’re trying to convey to you.

Because both of those valuable assets, have keen insights into where your dropping the ball and coming up short! Their powerful free input can and will ultimately lead you to success! (No matter what your particular niche is.)

3.) Customer service tip # three: Leverage the powerful feedback and insights your best most loyal repeat customers/clients and valued employee/associates provide.

Create a contest, for (both) your customers and another for your valued employees.

And  (really) reward the top three suggestions they provide.

Not sure what rewards to provide? This is where having some non competitive joint venture partners, can really come in handy! Because the good ones, will be more than happy to provide you with some valuable free or low cost goodies to spread around.

So you see entrepreneur, you really don’t have to be a Master Card customer service  maniac in order to provide outstanding customer service!
