Improve conversion rates.

You really can improve conversion rates simply by doing these three simple things!

(Especially If You’re Working On An Extremely Tight Budget And Your Not The Overly Techie Type!)

As you previously discovered in part one of this series about how to improve conversion rates

Lots of times, it really is those subtle little things, done consistently, that can make all the difference in your overall conversion rates.

You Improve Conversion Rates Over Time!

(And Not With Expensive Push Button Courses Or Pricey Marketing Boot Camps!)

You don’t have to be a marketing genius, nor do you have to be a super techie, you just need to be consistent in studying and applying some incredibly simple, yet proven online marketing strategies. You constantly (no) make that, fanatically test, track and tweak your results.

And sooner, rather than later (or never!), you’ll start to develop a real feel for your best customer and clients, real needs and wants.

And the sooner you learn to cater to your best customer and clients, the more you’ll competition proof your business, from every “Johnny (or Susie)  come lately” competitor with a lower price or new thing a ma jig etc!

Plus, you’ll systematically lower your overall cost of doing business, while simultaneously increasing your gross profits. Yea, it really is a beautiful thing. And remember, the best part, these three proven tactics are simple to implement test and track.

Three Little Things To Improve Conversion Rates right Now!

1.) Strategy # one: First of all entrepreneur, let’s be  (really) clear here. Just like the overall theme of part one, individually, none of these proven online marketing strategies, will put you over the top. However, just like in baseball, 3,000 separate hits, and guess what?

More than likely you’ve got yourself a “hall of fame” career. That said, here’s something you really need to think about, regarding the use of your header space.

Often times, you’ll see beginning online marketers make a classic marketing mistake, as it relates to effectively utilizing (all important) header space.

They tend to make the header way too large (which) in turn, decreases the space between the fold and the header. and as a result, what often happens is, the most important things, that you need above the fold, get pushed (either) too far down your page or below the fold.

In which case, if it whines up below the fold or just above it, your first time visitor may not be around long enough to see it. The lesson: don’t put too much emphasis on your header, especially if it takes away from your real chance to effectively reach your audience, with the right benefit orientated message.

2.) Strategy # two: If you use any type of opt in (or) pop up box on your site, you might try testing (initially) no more than three to five bullet points, to entice your visitor to join your list, in order to get your free lead generating freebie.

In other words, be at concise and to the point as you can be! Especially if you know the three main issues that trouble your target audience. Time is short and they need to know that you get them! So don’t attempt to be coy, or funny! Unless the focus of your site relates to humor!

3.) Strategy # three: Here’s another online marketing “no no.” Whenever possible, try to offer your visitors instant gratification. For ex; you see this (all too common) marketing mistake, being made by certain types of service providers.

They have an opt in box (typically) located in (either) the upper left or right hand corner, (which is good), but they seem to have this bad habit of thinking that offering their readers future updates of some kind, is appealing.

It’s not! They prefer to get (instant) exclusive access  PDF file and or audio file or free video on subject X etc. But my friend, they want it now!

And asking your visitor to opt in, to get your future updates, is simply not appealing as opting in to get instant gratification, by getting instant access to your freebie now.

Here’s another thing, you can inexpensively test, if you’re  offering  free ebook/PDF file.

Try to get a graphic image that looks more like a magazine, (shorter read)as opposed to one that looks like the great american novel (a much longer boring) read!

Put these three simple strategies to work for you and that’s how you improve conversion rates.
