Nor did they ever have the chance, (in their real real, respective hey days!) To market their products and services and expertise via social media! Like their contemporaries do today!
Without a doubt. This still knew how to create cash flow! And lots of it, agreed?
Lots Of The Most Successful Real Estate Gurus Quickly Began To Realize The Key To Making More Money! (Was In Marketing Various Types Of Real Estate Related Investment Information Products And Services!)
In Dave Del Dotto’s case. As Dave and his expert marketing team. Steadily Criss crossed America. Jam packing hotels from one end of the country to the other!
Initially he would buy local air time. And run his popular 30- 60 minute info-mercials. Along with buying market tested, half and full page ads.
In whichever areas, he or his trained sales reps were scheduled to appear in. And at the end of his info-mercials. As well as at the bottom of his ads.
The locals would be invited to register via a toll free number. In order to attend his free introductory 90 minute presentation/workshop.
Where initially all Dave and his expert sales team did was heavily promote his outrageously popular. “Cash Flow” System home study course. Which originally retailed for $297 dollars.
Plus in order to build his at that time offline database. (Remember Dave’s real hey day! Was pre -Internet! So he and his most successful contemporaries. Didn’t have the marketing advantage of strategically and systematically building their own opt in email list!
So he offered a free drawing. For the audience to win a free 12 or X number month to his monthly newsletter. Which at his peak.
Sold for $129 dollars for a years subscription. And all the runner ups. Automatically won a three month trial subscription worth X.
And Constantly Testing Various Effective Lead Generation Strategies And Tactics!
As Dave’s information products and services income steadily grew. As direct result of him expanding his products and services product line.
He along with some of his most successful contemporaries. Eventually started promoting his/their week long. “Real Estate Wealth Creation Boot Camps!”
Which typically retailed for $5,000 dollars or X per person. Or $7,500 dollars or X. For any two adults 18 and over. Which meant. Now Dave could easily and willingly allow.
Some of his top JV partners. To share 25 or X% of the JV commissions. For every $297 dollar “Cash Flow” System home study course they sold! (They typically earned an additional 25% or $74.25 per full price sale!
And Dave passively earned the rest above his actual hard costs! Knowing a certain percentage of those sales which came by way of some of his top Joint Venture/JV partners.
Some of then will definitely upgrade and invest anywhere between $5,000 – $7,500 dollars. And Dave would gross all of that amount over whatever his actual hard costs were.
Hopefully you’re finally starting to appreciate that some of the top “Creative Financing” real estate gurus. Definitely knew how to create cash flow. Don’t you agree?
