Why Waste A Ton Of Money On Expensive Advertising When You Can Power Market Instead!Part Three

Doesn’t it seem kinda of odd, so many incredibly talented, extremely dedicated, hard working entrepreneurs, small business owners, and or service providers alike.

They all are initially contempt to waste a ton of money, and other extremely valuable resources, on dismally performing, conventional advertising methods?

It’s almost some type of magnetic trance, they can’t seem to escape, with regards, to trying to make outrageously expensive, billboards, local newspaper, radio and or (non) prime time TV spots work!

In spite of the fact, they see one semi cash strapped small business owner after another, attempt and fail, with this costly form of promotion.

Undeterred, it’s as if, their enormous ego kicks in, and they erroneously conclude, they’ll be the exception, to these (all too common) dismal results!

When more than likely, the exact opposite is more likely to be true.So once again, let’s take a much closer look, at a few, potentially viable, creative marketing alternatives, shall we?

So Who Needs To Continuously Waste Tons Of Money On Outrageously Expensive Advertising Campaigns When Strategic Power Marketing Methods Are Readily Available!

Remember in part two, this incredibly marketing savvy, (husband & wife) realtor team, sold an upscale single family home, to a local professional couple, which currently has two teenage kids in high school.

With one of them heading off very soon,to (one of those ritzy) elite colleges, to start their freshmen year within the next nine months.

And the realtors earned a hefty 3%  of the 6% total commission they split with another local agency, on a the sale of a $975,000 dollar residence, which means they earned a gross profit, before deducting any (and all) advertising/marketing costs, they grossed $29,250 dollars.

Now of all the pro-active things they can and definitely should continue to do, in order to continuously generate, some long term (bankable) word of mouth and mouse buzz.

They will be sure and generate some long term (positive) buzz, outrageously expensive, traditional advertising methods, can’t begin to compete with!

While Traditional Advertising Rates Keep Going Up Power Marketing Strategies Keep Paying The Bills And Then Some!

So consider the positive, long term impact, the following guerrilla marketing style strategy will have on their bottom line.The realtors will reach out to their JV (joint venture partners) the local jeweler.

And the wife will find out, “how” many other women will be attending one of their clients (Saturday) afternoon barbecues.

And once they discover how many women have agreed to attend, the realtor will immediately reach out to their (JV) joint venture partner, who owns an extremely popular local jewelry store, and purchase enough sets of beautiful women’s diamond studded earrings, which normally retail for $400 dollars a pair.

But their actual hard cost,plus applicable taxes & fees is just $135 dollars a pair.(Or X.)

So the realtor purchases six pair, and invests (spends) a grand total of $810 dollars.They have each one gift wrapped and places them in a special gift bag, along with each female guests name on a two sided index card.($135 x 6 = $810 dollars.)

She’ll have the homeowner couples wife, pass them out, as each female guests shows up.Entrepreneur, here’s the point.First of all,imagine those ladies complete surprise, and once they return to work or their place of business, strutting around, with their brand new bling on!

Effective Lead Generation Is A Non Stop Activity!

You can bet, before some of those ladies even leave that Saturday afternoon barbecue, they will have sent pictures, texts and tweets and posted some really cool pics on Facebook,Pintrest and Instagram, and their other social media accounts, right?  😀  Bingo!

And called their closet girl friend, relatives and in -laws, to let them know as well!And there is simply no way, the extremely marketing savvy realtors, could get anywhere near that type, of long range marketing leverage, from any type of outrageously expensive, conventional advertising methods, now could they?

So entrepreneur,you can definitely continue to waste a fortune on outrageously expensive, traditional advertising methods!

Or you can create a avalanche of long term gross profits,(and goodwill), simply by using some “battlefield tested” power marketing strategies instead!Ladies & gentlemen,which approach do you prefer? Now as is customary during this part of our show.
