Why This Is Definitely Some State Of Art Visibility Branding!

Ladies & gentlemen while it may not seem totally obvious to you just yet. But some of these major national or International hotel chains. They spend (more like waste!) a fortune on outrageously expensive, traditional advertising or promotional campaigns.

Which do virtually little to move the needle for them. On the other hand for a small fraction of the typical upfront cost they’re used to allocating to build both brand equity and brand awareness.

They could both strategically and systematically multiply their visibility branding efforts for literally pennies on the dollar. What profit seeking entrepreneur is not up for that?

Whose Says Strategically Funding For Growth Can And Shouldn’t Start With Your Best Employees Who Are Peak Performers?

So imagine if you will entrepreneur. This all too common completely overlooked marketing asset and or resource. Here’s either a major national or International hotel chain. Who annually spends and in some cases wastes literally millions or tens of millions of dollars.

On those outrageously expensive, dismally performing, traditional ad campaigns and or promotions. Desperately trying to improve their visibility branding efforts.

All the while neglecting a segment of their current and future employment base. Even even though they not currently be in supervisory or upper management positions just yet. Or they may not ever be in those types of positions.

These incredibly hard working and extremely dedicated men & women. Giving the proper ethical bribes. Are only too happy to help spread some positive word of mouth and mouse buzz on behalf of corporation which currently employs them full or part time.

Imagine What Will Start And Definitely Keep Happening Once 80 To 90 Percent Of Your Current And Future Employees Start Singing Your Praises Both On Or Offline!

Case in point. Imagine if a major national or International hotel chain. Which has at least 600 or more units in America alone.

And less say (strictly for hypothetical marketing illustration purposes only. Each hotel has roughly 500 or so non supervisory or non upper management full and part time employees. And basically 25 upper management and supervisory employees.

And once every quarter. Basically every 90 days give or take. And each department has their own quarterly meeting. And every employee who meets the companies definition of perfect attendance for the quarter.

Which means they didn’t call in for the last 90 days or so. And they were not late by 15 minutes more than twice in the same time period.

This being the case. Let’s save at least 3-7 workers on average per department are invited to briefly join their supervisor(s) from their respected departments at the front of the room.

And after acknowledging to the group each of these individuals achieved perfect attendance for the quarter.

Each of them is given a sealed envelop. With the following words written on the outside of the envelop, in big bold, reed letters.

 “You Definitely Deserve This!”

Which Overall Direction Do You Think Peak Performance Wil Starting Heading As Move Peak Performers Are Both Acknowledged And Ethically Bribed For Their Efforts?

When these individuals rip open their envelops, here’s what they’ll “discover” inside.

1.) First: $500 dollars in cash? (And each quarter every non supervisory or non management employee who achieves perfect attendance status. They earn $500 or X number of dollars in cash. Pretty cool, right?)

Regardless of whether they’re currently employed full or part time. And clearly the not so subtle message being conveyed is. Unless it’s an emergency of some kind. Don’t call in. And try not to be more than 15 minutes late at least twice per quarter.

2.) Second: They will also receive a $25 or X dollar gift certificate to a popular local grocery store chain. Plus at Thanksgiving, every non supervisory or non management employee.

Regardless of whether they’re currently employed full or part time. They all receive a $25 dollar gift certificate to a popular local grocery store.

And every one of them who’ve been employed with the hotel or the company, in case they recently transferred their from another hotel within the company from another state. They automatically get a $50 dollar gift certificate per quarter from now on. (Meaning as long as they remain employed full or part time.)

Not To Worry Entrepreneur These National Or International Hotels Have Slush Funds The Size Of Some Of The Tallest Skyscrapers!

3.) Three: They also get an extremely time sensitive gift certificate from one of the hotels, non franchised retail appliance center owners.

(And “where” the fun stuff begins. Every employee who receives perfect attendance for the entire year. They get a matching total of this particular case. Another $2,000 dollars in cash. Plus an additional $100 dollars in local supermarket chain gift certificates.

How’s that for generating some positive word of mouth and mouse brand authority. Here’s another really cool marketing strategy the non franchised retail appliance center can at least test.

Each quarter, during the quarterly meetings for each department. The retailer will have every employee present.

And the supervisor(s) for each department will also enter the name of any employees who absent. Because they’re scheduled off, on vacation or called out sick that particular day etc.

And the one of the supervisors will be blindfolded. And they reach into a bowl and pull out one employees name.

You Know These Non Upper Management Employees Are Definitely Gonna Be Making Some Noise Both On And Offline, Correct?

If that particular employee has perfect attendance status for the quarter. They automatically win a state of the 75 inch flat screen TV.

And if their name is pulled and they didn’t achieve perfect attendance for that particular quarter. They win the state of the art flat screen TV at the retailers actual cost.

And they can split the payments up into six even interest free payments of X. And claim their prize as soon as their last payment is made.

And get this. Each department will have an in house party for their respective departments. And in order to ethically bribe the department personnel to attend their own event.

At the end of the event. One of the supervisor(s) will have a blind fold placed on them. They’ll reach into a bag and pull out one name.

And that non supervisory or non upper management employee automatically wins two weeks more of paid vacation time off. To be added to next years total.

Who Can’t Help But Constantly Brag About Their Extreme Good Fortune?

If it’s only the first or second quarter of the year. They can use one of the weeks this year. And the other in upcoming next year.

But if their name is pulled and they left the party earlier. (Provided it wasn’t for a family emergency or medical reasons. Another name will be pulled and they forfeit their prize.)
